We have booked our first ever cruise, and the whole process is different from anything we have experienced before. This has involved multiple phonecalls initially to the Sales staff and then Customer Services and we have only ever received help and support from happy, cheerful, knowledgable people who have done everything possible to help us out.

Customer service these days appears to be hit and miss with most places, but we have never once had anything but first class service from any of your staff.

Thank you to everyone for all of your help with our booking, answering all of our questions and the issue with our electronic tickets not being released. Also thank you for talking us through what was needed before we leave. We are very much looking forward to getting away and experiencing our first every cruise. If this is something we enjoy, then we will be back again!

British Airways contacted you to inform you that instead of one change on the way to Fort Lauderdale we would be re-routed with an extra stop incorporated into our journeys both ways.
