Best Price Guarantee
At Cruise Nation we take pride in offering the best priced cruise holidays the UK has ever seen!
In our marketing activity, on our website and on social media channels where we make reference to ‘Best Price Guaranteed’ you can be assured we have checked our prices against leading competitors or cruise lines for a like for like product and at the time of publish we guarantee that our price is the best available. All marketing activity will clearly show the date and time the offer is published.
All comparisons are stored and digitally date stamped by us for 100 days from the time our offer is published, these are available upon request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We act with integrity in everything we do so if in the very unlikely event you make a booking through us and you find a lower price on a like for like fully ATOL protected, ABTA Bonded cruise package holiday within 24 hours of booking we will agree subject to the conditions stated below to offer you one of the following options.
- 1. Match the price and refund of the difference in holiday price plus a £25pp future cruise credit applicable to a future cruise holidays of 7 nights or more booked through us.
- 2. Cancellation and full refund of all monies paid to us plus a £25pp future cruise credit applicable to future cruise holidays of 7 nights or more booked through us.
The Best Price Guarantee applies to ‘Cruise Nation Smart Holidays’. These holidays are fully protected by ATOL and ABTA bonded by us. Self-Packaging is exempt; while we are proud to provide full financial protection to our customers, self-packaging does not represent the same standard of holiday that we provide. Look for the clearly marked Smart Holiday logo on all applicable holidays.
Submitting your claim
You can submit a claim by contacting Price Match Services Department within the 24-hour deadline.
Following submission of your claim, you will be assigned to a Cruise Nation crew member who will contact you shortly thereafter via e-mail or phone. If we are unable to replicate the lower price holiday, we may request additional information and documentation such as a screen shot of the lower priced holiday from you in order to verify your claim. Please keep a copy of all such documentation and make sure it is digitally dated and time stamped.
The lower price holiday must be available to book and visible on our competitor’s website at the time you contact us, make sure it is for the same cruise line, ship, sailing date, cabin type and grade, hotel, airline & flight routing (if applicable). Once we have received a complete and accurate claim form and the Cruise Nation crew member has verified your claim, we will notify you by email with one of the options stated above. The option given to you will be at the sole discretion of Cruise Nation.
The small print
In order to be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee the following conditions must be met:
- You have made your holiday reservation through Cruise Nation and have received your holiday booking confirmation from us.
- You made contact with us within 24 hours of making a booking, either by calling our Customer Service team or by submitting your claim via the online form provided. Claims received after the 24 hour deadline will not be honoured by Cruise Nation.
- You have submitted all required documents and demonstrated that the lower price is available and bookable to the general public, and is still available online when our Cruise Nation Crew Member checks to verify the claim; the competitors holiday is subject to the exact same itinerary and booking conditions as your Cruise Nation booking (including among other things, the same cruise, same flights and airline, same hotel, same room and bed type with a similar view and room size, the same number of rooms and passengers travelling, same departure and return dates, and the cancellation policy is the same or less restrictive than the policy associated with your Cruise Nation booking).
- The Best Price Guarantee applies to a comparable holiday available online through a fully ATOL protected and ABTA bonded UK travel provider. Holidays available through other reservation channels, websites or applications where the cruise, location or any other elements of the reservation are unknown until after you purchase are exempt from the Best Price Guarantee.
- The Best Price Guarantee applies to rates advertised online and available to the general public. For example, the Best Price Guarantee will not apply to negotiated rates (eg, corporate discount rates or group rates), special discounted rates to organisations or members of membership program eg, frequent flyer, loyalty, points or other "reward" type programs, employee, seniors, military, government, travel agents) or any other rates that are not available to the general public.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to holidays purchased through or a combination of coupon promotions, travel vouchers, promotion codes or won through competitions or sweepstakes.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to booking whereby you are making voluntary changes to your booking which incur increased costs from the suppliers that make up your holiday.
Cruise Nation will not verify any claim requests that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or any other type of error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. We may also deny claims where we determine that the difference between the rates is due to exchange rate fluctuations. Cruise Nation will not be liable for the payment of any claims under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Cruise Nation or any of its providers or from any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors.
Cruise Nation reserves the right to modify, terminate or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason whatsoever, and without prior notice to you. Void where prohibited by law.
