Located within Singapore's Botanic Gardens, Corner House is the Michelin-starred, award-winning restaurant helmed by chef Jason Tan. A family-focused festival that celebrates the end of the autumn harvest, this was traditionally a time to offer thanks to the gods. Today, the Mid-Autumn festival sees moon-viewing parties take place and the Singapore sky alight with paper lanterns, as well as the age-old tradition of making mooncakes - made with lotus seed paste and egg yolk and filled with everything from chocolate to champagne truffle.
