Everything Shirley did for us was superb. We booked two cruises with one requiring a direct call with inept MSC staff. Shirley persisted despite getting someone we guessed was new and clueless who cut Shirley off after 10 minutes. She rang back and had to guide that MSC rep too. Only took 58 minutes including booking our flights. Thank you Shirley.
