Booking and Closing Time!

Your service is very good and also your notifications on line. I tried to contact you just before 8pm to book a cruise but you closed at 8pm and because your announcement kept telling me to hold on, I did so for two hours! In the end I left a message for an agent to contact me and sure enough you did at 9 o'clock next morning which was impressive and I was then able to make a booking. This was done efficiently and confirmation was immediately forthcoming so thank you for that. You have done very well, all you need to do is to remember to switch off your messaging announcement to people hanging on the phone after the time you have closed.
