Praise where praise is due

Like many we were faced with a very difficult situation due to the war in Iran. Our flights to and from Australia were via the UAE and following FCDO warnings this would not be possible. We spoke with Cruise Nation and with their support cancelled the cruise and found an alternative. Okay this was a compromise but Cruise Nation facilitated it. They too were supporting many of their customers in a much worse situation than ourselves being stranded across the globe. We had contact with Kimberly and Scott who were an immense help in sorting out our difficulty. It was done in a timely and professional manner.
