We have used Cruise Nation many times and cannot recover highly enough. All the call handlers we have ever dealt with when booking or on follow up behave like travel agents NOT just someone answering the phone. I made wrong choice of hotel in a recent flights with stay in Tenerife cruise booking with Cruise Nation and phoned the support line for existing bookings a few hours later to change (connected super fast and was given full change with no charge and was a very helpful call handler/travel agent. My phone call was even cut off half way through and she called me back quickly with it all sorted. 5stars! This is so essential when you have a query. We use another reputable company for complicated land only (not cruise) travel and cross our fingers when we need to contact as that company isn’t helpful then.
