Good overall,Agents helpful, but had to ask too many questions to get all info. I required. Eg Qu. Do you require assistance.. Courtesy Bus services options. I forgot to ask to book this sevice when I booked and paid. Had to call back and initially told by customer services that I had to call myself to arrange.. However Jessica Peters @ Tui.com took it upon herself to contact P@O direct and arranged it for me she was very helpful 5*
