If your Cruise Nation holiday includes Qatar Airways scheduled flights Cruise Nation will issue your e-tickets approximately 14 days prior to travel, these tickets will need to be printed by you and presented at the airport to the Qatar Airways check in desk where you will then be provided with your boarding passes. You can check in online from 30 hours until 1 hour before departure (from 24 hours before departure for flights to and from the United States). Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.

ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION

Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.

Norwegian Airlines may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.

It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation nor Norwegian Airlines cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY API DATA?

Please go to the website www.qatarairways.com. Firstly, you will need to choose your preferred country of origin. Once you have selected this click on “Menu” in the top left corner then click “Booking”.

On the next page click on “Manage your booking”. Underneath “I don’t have a profile” enter your Norwegian Air Booking Reference and Last Name then click on “Find Booking”

When in the booking, at the top of the screen click on “Register passport info” underneath “Passenger Information” in the yellow box. Once you have entered each passenger’s passport details click on “Send passenger information” to submit the API. The yellow “Passenger Information” box will disappear when this is complete.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE PROVIDED MY API BY?

Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than 21 days prior to travel. Norwegian Airlines will accept data from the moment that your booking has been made through us.

Please note that meals are not automatically included in your flight so if required, you may add these to your reservation at the same time you are completing your API. Via this web page, you may also reserve your seats, order excess luggage and register any special needs assistance such as wheelchair assistance etc. Any charges for these services may be paid directly to the airline online at the time you make the addition to your booking.
