A RyanAir Plane

RyanAir

Ryanair will issue a boarding pass for each passenger, these tickets will need to be printed by you from their website and presented at the airport to the Ryanair check in desk. Early online check-in is sometimes available but for a nominal fee otherwise check-in is available from 7 days before your departure. Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.

ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION

Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.

Ryanair may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.

It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation and Ryanair cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY API DATA?

Please Visit Ryan Air's website. Click on "My Bookings" at the top right corner of the page.
Important: Ensure you are logged out of any existing Ryan Air account. Select "Reservation Number." Enter your flight reference and the email address: invoices@cruisenation.com. Once your flight booking is retrieved, you can either: Log into your existing Ryan Air account, or Create a new account to link the booking to your own email address.

Once in the booking, it will either give you the option to click on “Check-in now” or it will show the date you are able to check-in on. You will add your API data when you complete the check-in.

In addition to this, you may, if you wish, add any extras on to the booking however there will be a charge which is payable directly with the airline via their website.

Please do not make any changes to the contact information that is already featured on your reservation, doing so can cause problems and delays should the airline need to provide us with any important information relating to your travel arrangements.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE PROVIDED MY API BY?

Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than a week prior to travel.

Please note failure to present your valid boarding pass at the airport will result in you having to pay an additional charge on departure.

Outstanding service from Cruise Nation

The service was excellent. Shirley was extremely helpful and patient as we decided on exactly what we wanted from this trip. She even called us back after hours to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted at the price that was advertised. Very happy!...
