HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE REQUEST
We know plans can change, we are here to make life plain sailing when it comes to changing your holiday with us, this page contains our change request form which will need to be completed in full so that we can process your request.
This form can only be used to change your holiday to a new date & sailing, it cannot be used for name changes or to make requests on your booking. Under the voluntary change policy, you can only change to a ship operated by the same cruise line you have originally booked.
We recommend you search our website so that you can find a suitable alternative holiday before you make your change request. if you already have a new holiday it will speed up the process if you include the unique smart code that can be found at the top of the details page on our website. If you do not have a smart code please include as much detail as possible in the ‘Any Other Information’ section of the form.
Once you have completed the form, hit send, this will deliver your request to one of our crew members who will process your request in accordance with the timescales set out below.
TIMESCALES
We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days from the date of submission.
If your travel date falls within the balance due period, please note that your change request may be subject to additional fees and, in some cases, may not be possible to process.
Please be aware that we are unable to make any changes to travel dates or ship selections for holidays departing within 17 days. If your departure falls within this timeframe, Cruise Nation’s Terms & Conditions will apply.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I MAKE MY REQUEST
Whilst our crew members will do everything possible to meet your requests, please be advised we cannot guarantee all requests can be met. Your change request will be discussed with you fully before any changes are made, once you are happy with the alternative option we will go ahead and make the necessary changes and a new confirmation will be issued by us.
