Crimson Dining Room

This fantastic main dining room spans decks three and four and have windows on three sides which allows for brilliant views. It opens daily for open seated breakfast and lunch and a traditional sit-down dinner as well as Your Time dining. You can choose a dinner slot of either 6 pm or 8:15 pm for the traditional seatings or pick a slot between 5.45 pm and 9.30 pm for Your Time Dining on deck four. This dining room also has two small annexes off the back of it, one for private functions and one to sit in with a drink before being seated.

Scarlet Dining Room

This is the ship's exquisite formal and flexible main dinner dining room. It is split level on decks three and four and offers open seating breakfasts and lunches and traditional sit-down dinners at either the Early Dining slot at 6 pm or Late Dining at 8.15 pm.

Guy's Burger Joint

This excellent burger joint has the best burgers on board, every day from around noon to 6 pm. The restaurant is a Carnival partnership with Food Network personality Guy Fieri. The burgers are all grilled to perfection and has several toppings to choose from. It is located close to the pool and have a surf shack look, which appeal to guests of all ages.

BlueIguana Cantina

This pool deck Mexican buffet can be found on deck nine and opens for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. It's a great place to go for breakfast as they have arepas, huevos rancheros and made-to-order breakfast burritos. The fantastic food continues until the afternoon with freshly made tacos (chicken, fish, or pork) and burritos (beef, shrimp, chicken or bean). Scrumptious toppings include lime-infused rice and pico de gallo to beans and corn.

Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse

Another Guy Fieri creation, Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse is the place to go for out of this world barbecue served with indulgent sides like coleslaw, mac 'n' cheese, potato salad and baked beans.

The Gathering Buffet

The ship's large main buffet is located on deck ten and eleven and opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. As a rule, you will always find food here during the day, except in the afternoon when they take a break between lunch and dinner buffet items.

Carnival Deli is worth a mention for serving some mouth-watering sandwiches and wraps from late morning to late at night, perfect for that in between meal. Mongolian Wok has incredible food, as does the Indian Tandoor and Pizzeria del Capitano. The dinner buffet, referred to as Good Eats, is not as busy as lunch time here.

Bonsai Sushi

Bonsai Sushi has some of the best sushi you will ever have on the high seas. The contemporary décor inspires calm with bonsai trees and the ambiance is cosy yet trendy. This lovely spot offers affordable yet delectable sushi and sashimi as well as rolls, sides, soups, sakes, Kirin beers and desserts.

The Chef's Art Steakhouse

This delightful restaurant is located on deck twelve and has impressive steak house and seafood offerings. It is reservation only and you can make your booking anywhere between 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm. The restaurant is served by its own well-stocked bar and also has dance floor and live music available at night if you feel like a spot of dancing.

Chef's Table

The exquisite Chef's Table experience, which is held two or three times in the Crimson Annex on deck three, is bound to please even the pickiest foodie. The evening starts with cocktails and appetisers, followed by a tour of the kitchen and then leading on to an eight-course meal, hosted by one of the ship's master chefs. Book as early as possible as it is often sold out by the time the cruise departs.

Dr. Seuss Breakfast

The whole family can enjoy this meal that is part breakfast and part journey into the tasty and whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. As expected, this is a delicious feast of Green Eggs and Ham and other fantastical treats brought to you by the Cat in the Hat and Friends. It's recommended that you reserve a spot as this breakfast only takes place once or twice during the cruise on a sea day. Kids can pose for photos with the Cat in the Hat, as well as Things 1 and 2.
