Chic Dining Room
This formal, flexible main dining room opens for dinner every evening. It is the smaller of the two main dining rooms and spans decks three and four. If you prefer fixed time seating, you can join them for the early slot at 6:00 pm or the late slot at 8:15 pm. If you prefer sitting at different table every night at a time slot of your choice, you can attend anywhere between 5:45 pm and 9:30 pm. A live band is also located in this restaurant.
Posh Restaurant
This formal, flexible main dining room opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It’s the larger of the two main dining rooms and spans decks three and four and have windows on three sides which offer guests some incredible views. Breakfast and lunch have open seating and dinner is either fixed time seating at 6:00 pm or the late slot at 8:15 pm or flexible dining, where you can attend anywhere between 5:45 pm and 9:30 pm.
Freedom Restaurant
Taking up a large area of deck nine, the Freedom restaurant offers everything you may ever want for breakfast and lunch but does close at 2:30pm. It has an omelette bar but if you want to try one without standing in a long queue, try the omelette bar hidden out by the aft pool.
Carnival Deli
Open for twelve hours a day, this is a great place to stop for a quick and very tasty meal. They have plenty of sandwiches, wraps, chili con carne and hot dogs. It wouldn't be complete without its delicious offerings of coleslaw; pickles and a pleasantly crunchy sweet-and-sour veggie mix for sides.
Guy's Burger Joint
This excellent burger joint has the best burgers on board, every day from around noon to 6 pm. The restaurant is a Carnival partnership with Food Network personality Guy Fieri. The burgers are all grilled to perfection and has several toppings to choose from. And don't forget about their out of this world and perfectly seasoned fries they constitute a meal themselves.
BlueIguana Cantina
This pool deck Mexican buffet can be found on deck nine and opens for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. It’s a great place to go for breakfast as they have arepas, huevos rancheros and made-to-order breakfast burritos. The fantastic food continues until the afternoon with freshly made tacos (chicken, fish, or pork) and burritos (beef, shrimp, chicken or bean). Scrumptious toppings include lime-infused rice and pico de gallo to beans and corn. The soft taco shells are freshly made, the food is delicious, and the lines are usually short, especially on port days.
Dr. Seuss Breakfast
The whole family can enjoy this meal that is part breakfast and part journey into the tasty and whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. As expected, this is a delicious feast of Green Eggs and Ham and other fantastical treats brought to you by the Cat in the Hat and Friends. It’s recommended that you reserve a spot as this breakfast only takes place once or twice during the cruise on a sea day.
The Chef's Table
The exquisite Chef’s Table experience is bound to please even the pickiest foodie. The evening starts with cocktails and appetisers, followed by a tour of the kitchen and then leading on to an eight-course meal, hosted by one of the ship's master chefs. Book as early as possible as it is often sold out by the time the cruise departs.

With the Caribbean chill of the RedFrog pub moving poolside with this rum bar, it’s a great place to enjoy a drink any time during the day and up to very late at night. Join the party to enjoy their great selection of frog-approved Caribbean rum-based concoctions, which you can buy by the glass or pitcher, plus plenty of Carnival’s signature own draft beer, ThirstyFrog Red.

This vibrant pub with its festive kitschy island decor, tropical drinks in fishbowls, serves Carnival's own Thirsty Frog Red Ale, which you can buy in bulk for groups. It has live musicians performing a range of music genres but mostly reggae and country. They also have a foosball table if you would like to try your hand at some table football.

This quirky bar is a firm Carnival cruise line favourite. It has a fun concept in which the mixologists wear lab coats and create cocktails as prescriptions. They have some fantastic cocktails available and they also hold mixology lessons here, which is well worth attending.

This buzzing sports bar is the perfect place to catch the big game with its massive TV screens, mouth-watering snacks and plenty of good quality beer. They feature some great pieces of memorabilia and hosts sports trivia and video game tournaments every few days.

This after-hours spot is a great place to get your boogie on, whether you prefer oldies or the very latest in dance music. Eighties dance music and acts from that era are popular themes. The club is open to over eighteens and it’s a great place to soak in some club atmosphere.

The remarkable Victoriana Show Lounge is the main theatre, spanning decks three, four and five. It hosts all the Carnival Freedom’s ships stage productions, including musicians, singers, dancers and magicians. In fact, Freedom was the first Carnival Cruise line ship to receive all four new PlayList Production shows - 80s Pop to the Max, Island Getaway, Heart of Soul and 88 Keys -- complete with changing LED backdrops. Shows are around half an hour so if you arrive late, its possible to stand in the back while enjoying a good view.
It also hosts "Hasbro, the Game Show", a few times during each sailing. If you want to take part, make sure to get a seat on deck three and you will have to answer trivia questions to obtain a spot as a contestant. Contestants then have to act out a rendition of a famous Hasbro game for a chance to win Hasbro prizes.

This hilarious even takes place in the International Lounge, with four comedians, which each usually performs a family-friendly and adults-only set. Be warned that the adult comedy is not for the faint of heart.

The Babylon Casino is a large space with a vast array of glittering slot machines as well as a great variety of table games. There is a lively crowd at the casino at any given time and some staff members on hand to help teach beginners the ropes. If you enjoy playing you should keep an eye out for their very lucrative tournaments.

This decadent spa is run by Elemis and offers delightful treatment options such as a variety of facials, massages, scrubs and teeth-whitening, but also collagen treatments, Ionithermie cellulite reduction and acupuncture. It has a spacious sauna and steam room and offer daily specials and is usually a bit cheaper on port days.

Deck eleven hosts the fitness centre area where you can join a class or make use of their state-of-the-art exercise machines, including ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, resistance machines and free weights. Some of their classes are free but others like pilates and yoga are charged per class. Personal training also is available.

Freedom underwent a major refurbishment in spring 2014, bringing with it the line's Fun Ship 2.0 upgrades. Most of the changes, though, cater to families and the kid in all of us. The first ship in the Carnival fleet to receive Camp Ocean facilities, as well as the full Seuss at Sea program, Freedom is not only outfitted to keep children of any age content but also offers activities suited for family participation.
