Meridian
Meridian is Carnival Horizon’s two-level main dining room at the aft of Decks 3 and 4, serving relaxed, waiter-served meals with plenty of courses between you and dessert.
Call in for port-day breakfast, sea-day brunch or dinner. You might find Pappardelle with Braised Lamb or plant-based Eggplant Cutlet a la Parmigiana on the dinner menu. For Your Time Dining, check in via the HUB app when you are ready to eat.
Reflections
Dinner at Reflections is a proper sit-down affair on Deck 3, with waiter service, glossy dark tables and a red-and-black contemporary look.
Choose early or late assigned dining and you will usually keep the same table and waiters throughout your cruise. Work through three courses, then leave room for Carnival’s warm chocolate melting cake.
Lido Marketplace
On Deck 10, Lido Marketplace is your easy-going answer to breakfast, lunch or dinner, with indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of food stations to browse.
Start with a made-to-order omelette, then return later for pasta, Asian dishes, barbecue or a daily chef’s special. Fresh pizza and soft-serve are also on hand, because sensible decisions can wait until after dessert.
Guy's Burger Joint
Poolside on Lido Deck 10, Guy’s Burger Joint brings roadside burger shack energy to your lunch, with fresh from the grill burgers, hand cut fries and a toppings bar for building your ideal bite.
Try The Ringer, finished with barbecue sauce and a crispy spicy Rojo Ring. It is open until 6:00pm, though daily times may vary, so check onboard before your burger radar starts beeping.
BlueIguana Cantina
Poolside on Deck 10's Lido Deck, BlueIguana Cantina brings you freshly made Mexican breakfast and lunch. Start with a breakfast burrito, or return for tacos filled with chipotle-rubbed chicken, ancho roast pork or seasoned battered fish.
Build a burrito your way, then make a tactical stop at the salsa bar. You can watch fresh wheat and jalapeño tortillas being made before your food is prepared. Check onboard times, as opening hours can vary.
The Chef's Table
For a dinner that goes well beyond the usual menu, join a small group for a VIP, multi course evening hosted by the Master Executive Chef. It begins with cocktails or a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres and a look behind the scenes on a guided galley tour.
Then settle into the dedicated Deck 3 dining room for chef-created appetisers, mains and desserts not usually found in regular dining. Seating is very limited, so reserve in advance. You must be 12 or over, and closed-toe, flat, non-slip shoes are the sensible choice for the galley tour.
Bonsai Sushi
A sit-down Japanese restaurant on Deck 5, midship, where sushi, sashimi and rolls meet soups, skewers and noodle bowls. Dine among bonsai trees, then give the Bang Bang Bonsai Roll or miso salmon a very sensible look.
Lunch is served on sea days, while dinner runs until midnight. Ideal when your appetite has no interest in watching the clock.
Bonsai Teppanyaki
Dinner gets a front-row seat at Bonsai Teppanyaki, where chefs work custom-built iron plates right in front of you. Expect knife skills, a few surprises and food with a flair for theatre.
Choose from mains including filet mignon, lobster tail and black cod, served with fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. There are just two shared eight-seat tables, so reserve early through My Cruise Manager.
Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse
When you fancy a dinner with proper occasion about it, Fahrenheit 555 delivers the steakhouse treatment on Promenade Deck 5. Choose from filet mignon, prime ribeye, New York strip, seafood and more, with a wine list that has earned Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.
Dinner runs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, with an appetiser, salad, entrée, side and dessert on the menu. Tables are popular, so request yours at least two weeks before you sail.
Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse
Head to Deck 5 for an indoor and outdoor barbecue stop with Guy Fieri-style smoked meats and proper sides. Brisket, sausage, baby back ribs and dry-rubbed chicken are smoked over hickory and apple wood before reaching your plate.
Lunch is included on embarkation and sea days, while dinner and drinks cost extra. If you fancy a pint, the brewhouse also serves onboard-brewed beers, including ParchedPig West Coast IPA.
Cucina Del Capitano
Cucina del Capitano brings Italian-American comfort food to Deck 11, with red-and-white checked tablecloths and recipes inspired by Carnival captains’ and officers’ childhood dishes. At dinner, plates are made for sharing, from antipasti to pasta, mains and desserts. Try Il Capitano’s Signature Arancini.
Lunch brings a complimentary made-to-order pasta bar, while dinner carries an additional charge. Reserve for your preferred time, although walk-ins may be available. Drinks ordered through the bar are extra.
Jiji Asian Kitchen
Ji Ji Asian Kitchen brings modern Asian cooking to Deck 11 aft, with flavours inspired by China, Mongolia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Settle in for dinner and take your pick from Peppered Beef, Singapore Chili Shrimp and Hakka-style Noodles, then save room for Rose Crème Brûlée. Reservations are not required, but booking ahead is wise for your preferred time.

On Deck 3, the Horizon Atrium Bar is where you settle in for a drink beneath the Dreamscape, a giant LED funnel that shifts scenes throughout the day.

Try the Cucumber Sunrise, choose from the menu, or ask for a custom elixir. Prefer to keep it clear headed? Zero-proof libations are on hand too. You will find it on Deck 4.

Poolside on Deck 10 midship, RedFrog Rum Bar brings Caribbean-island chill to the Lido area near the Beach Pool. Settle in with a rum-based drink by the glass or pitcher, or try Carnival's ThirstyFrog Red draft beer.
For a signature serve, go for Red's Beer Cocktail, which mixes ThirstyFrog Red with spiced rum. This one is for guests aged 21+.

Poolside, Mexican themed and perfectly placed for a sunny spell on the Lido Deck, BlueIguana Tequila Bar keeps the good times nicely chilled. Choose from margaritas, frozen cocktails, slushy tequila drinks and Mexican beers.
Margaritas come by the glass or pitcher, handy when your poolside plans involve staying exactly where you are. This bar is for guests aged 21 and over.

Liquid Lounge is Carnival Horizon’s main theatre, spread across Decks 4 and 5 with LED effects that give Playlist Productions a little more theatre than your usual theatre. You can catch live singers and dancers in musical shows, with line-ups varying by sailing.

Feeling lucky? Head to Deck 4, the Mezzanine deck, for Carnival Horizon's Vegas-style casino, where slot machines and gaming tables keep the evening nicely unpredictable.
You must be 18 or over to enter and play. Hours depend on your itinerary, so check the HUB App onboard before you go. Gambling carries an extra charge.

Pedal a go-mobile around SkyRide's two-lane suspended course in SportSquare on Deck 12. It is part bike ride, part friendly race, with ocean views from about 145 feet above the water.
Wear closed-toe athletic trainers and workout clothing, and make sure you are at least 54 inches tall. Sandals, flip-flops and swimwear will not get you on the track.
Ropes Course

Fancy seeing the ship from a slightly wobblier angle? The Ropes Course is an outdoor elevated obstacle course above SportSquare on Deck 14, where you are secured in a safety harness as you tackle tightropes, rope webs and unsteady boards.
Choose the easier route or make it more of a challenge. Closed-toe athletic shoes and workout clothing are required, so save the flip-flops for afterwards.

SportSquare on Deck 12 is your open-air playground for a little friendly competition. Take on SkyGreens mini-golf, the sports court, jogging track or outdoor fitness equipment, then see if you fancy the two-level ropes course.
SkyRide lets you pedal a go-mobile around a suspended two-lane course above the ship and sea. Pack closed-toe athletic trainers and workout clothes, as sandals and swimwear are not permitted for court activities.
Dr. Seuss WaterWorks

Deck 12 gets properly silly at Dr. Seuss WaterWorks, a waterpark for all ages with twists, splashes and a sizeable soaking waiting overhead. Take on The Cat in the Hat, a 450-foot enclosed raft slide, or let the 300-gallon Power Drencher make the decision for you.
Slides are generally open from 9.00am until sunset, with daily hours in the HUB App. Check height and weight restrictions before you head up.

Carnival Horizon gives younger cruisers and teens their own corner of the ship. Camp Ocean on Deck 11 is split into age groups from 2 to 11, with crafts, games, science and discovery, films and more to keep small hands and minds busy.
Older children have Circle C on Deck 6 and Club O2 on Deck 4, with gaming, karaoke, dance parties and socials. Register before you sail if you can, as capacity may be limited. Night Owls carries an extra charge.
