Golden Olympian
Settle into Golden Olympian for waiter served, multi course meals in a dining room dressed in gold and burgundy. Spread across Decks 3 and 4 amidships, it is the darker, more intimate counterpart to Silver Olympian.
You can choose rotating starters, mains and desserts, including Carnival’s adventurous didja dishes. On sea days, make brunch a proper occasion with French toast, eggs, mac and cheese and a Bloody Mary bar.
Silver Olympian
Silver Olympian is a split level main dining room at the aft of Decks 3 and 4, where large windows keep the sea firmly on the guest list. Settle in for waiter service and a rotating American menu of starters, mains and desserts.
Breakfast has open seating, while sea days bring brunch, with options such as huevos rancheros and loaded mac and cheese. Dinner uses assigned sittings at about 6:00pm or 8:15pm, so plan your evening around your table time.
Guy's Burger Joint
Poolside lunch has a proper roadside-shack feel at Guy’s Burger Joint, created with restaurateur and Food Network personality Guy Fieri. You can pick a fresh-off-the-grill burger, then make it your own at the toppings bar.
Find it midship on Deck 9 beside the pool, with hand-cut fries on the side. The Chilius Maximus is one for those who like their burger with a little more swagger.
BlueIguana Cantina
Poolside on Lido Deck 9, BlueIguana Cantina brings casual Mexican bites to your day in the sun. Pop by for breakfast burritos, or return at lunch for freshly made tacos and burritos.
Watch fresh wheat and jalapeño tortillas being made, then build your burrito with your choice of filling and salsa bar toppings. Chipotle-rubbed chicken, ancho roast pork and seasoned battered fish give the tacos some proper personality.
Chef's Table
This chef-led dinner is less a restaurant, more a backstage pass for your taste buds. Start with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in a small group, then tour the working galley before a multi-course meal of creations not usually found on the regular menus.
The menu changes with the chef, seasons and ports, so expect the unexpected. Reserve online after booking, seating is limited, and wear closed-toe, flat, non-slip shoes.
Jardin Cafe
Jardin Café is your patisserie-style pause on Deck 5, the Promenade Deck. Pick up a specialty coffee or freshly brewed tea, then add a homemade pastry, slice of cake or cookie to the plan.
With seating for 50, it is a handy spot for a quieter cuppa between shipboard plans. Espresso, lattes and cappuccinos are all on the menu, should tea simply not be doing the job.

Piano Man Bar on Deck 5 aft is where you can settle in with a cocktail and let the live pianist take the lead. The curved bar, styled like piano keys, rather gives the game away.

When the evening calls for a proper dance floor, Hot & Cool Nightclub on Promenade Deck 5 is where you answer it. DJs keep the playlist moving between current hits and retro favourites, so there is every chance your knees will remember the words before you do.
Entry is for guests aged 18 and over. Free dance classes may feature during your cruise, while themed nights vary by sailing, so check the HUB App for the latest schedule.

The Stage Bar, aft on Deck 5, is where you can swap quiet drinks for karaoke and a properly lively crowd. Pick a song, take the mic or cheer on the brave souls giving it their all.
Cocktails keep the party ticking over, although bar drinks carry an extra charge unless covered by an applicable beverage package. A fine place to discover whether you have a voice made for the stage, or merely enthusiasm.

Poolside plans, sorted. BlueIguana Tequila Bar is a laid-back Mexican-themed spot on Deck 9, midship in the Lido Deck pool area, made for a margarita between dips.
Try the signature Blue’s Patron Margarita, mixed with Patrón Silver Tequila, triple sec, agave nectar and fresh lime juice. Mexican beers, frozen tequila drinks and pitchers are also on the menu. For US departures, you must be 21 or over to buy or drink alcohol.

Poolside on Lido Deck 9, RedFrog Rum Bar brings a dose of cool Caribbean chill to your day in the sun. Settle in with a Caribbean rum cocktail by the glass or pitcher, because choosing just one can feel unnecessarily restrictive.
You can also try ThirstyFrog Red, Carnival’s private-label draft beer. This one is for guests aged 21 and over, so bring your poolside thirst and a taste for proper holiday lounging.

There is more than curtain-up here, from bingo and dance classes to games, talks and midnight shows. Shows are included, while drinks cost extra. Check the daily schedule, as opening times follow the programme.

This outdoor, poolside screen on Lido Deck 9 turns an ordinary evening into a film night with sea air included. Settle into a lounger, grab a spot in the pool, or bring a blanket for Dive-In Movies.
The 270-square-foot LED display also shows sporting events, concerts, news and ship programming. All ages are welcome, so you can make it a family outing or simply enjoy the show from the water.

Treatments are available from 8:00am to 10:00pm, with walk ins subject to availability. Book through the spa if you have your heart set on a particular time.

At the forward end of Deck 11, beyond Spa Carnival and the locker rooms, this is where you can keep your routine ticking over at sea. Life Fitness cardio and weight equipment, free weights and rowing kit cover everything from a gentle stretch to a properly satisfying session.
The gym is generally open from 6am to 10pm, though check Fun Times for that day's hours. Classes can include yoga and indoor cycling, while selected specialist sessions may cost extra. Wear proper athletic shoes, sandals and flip flops will not get past the door.

When the lounger has done its job, take your energy to the sports deck on Aft Sun Deck 12. You can shoot hoops, join a volleyball game, tackle mini golf or settle a score over shuffleboard.
There is table tennis and a giant chess set too, because a little friendly competition beats scrolling by the pool. Pick up equipment from the Lido Deck, then play at your own pace.

Serenity is Carnival Liberty’s outdoor quiet zone for guests aged 21 and over, at the forward end of Decks 12 and 14. Stretch out on a double hammock, settle into a cabana-style lounger or ease into one of two front-of-ship hot tubs.
This is the spot for reading, reconnecting or mastering the fine art of doing very little. When thirst interrupts, the nearby bar serves drinks including a Serenity Martini with gin, elderflower liqueur and pineapple juice.

Carnival Liberty’s WaterWorks is where you swap sun lounger strategy for slides, splashes and proper watery nonsense. The Twister Waterslide is on board, ready for anyone who fancies a fast, swirling route to getting gloriously soaked.
It is included in your cruise fare, so you can make as many splashy laps as you please. Do check the attraction rules first, as height and weight restrictions apply, and children must be toilet trained to use the water facilities.

Whether you have a Penguin or a near-grown Shark in tow, Carnival Liberty gives each age group its own supervised space. Camp Ocean is forward on Deck 12 for ages 2 to 11, with crafts, games and discovery on the menu.
Older children can head to Circle C or Club O2 for socials, karaoke and more. Register online before you sail or onboard with the youth team. Night Owls runs late for under-12s and costs extra.
