Grand Cuvee Dining Room
The Grand Cuvee Dining Room is Silhouette's main dining room, which opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. It spans decks three and four and can seat up to 1 428 guests. It is a stylish room with some sparkling chandeliers and an impressive two storey high glass wine tower. It has an impressive menu and reservations can be made beforehand online or the onboard.

This French select dining venue offers an a la carte menu or a five senses option with a higher cover charge. You will find it aft on deck five, it serves French dishes with a contemporary twist, can it can seat 76 guests at any one time.
It opens at 2:30 pm for Champagne High Tea, with a white glove service of teas and pastries. You can also choose to have champagne with your snack at an extra cost. It then opens for dinner from 6 pm to 10 pm with flamboyant tableside cooking and flambe dishes. Serious foodies should give the Five Senses meal a go, which is made up with six courses paired with wine.
Tuscan Grille
This select dining venue serves steak house fare and seafood and opens for dinner daily. You will find it aft on deck five and it offers some great views over the ship's wake. It opens between 6 pm and 10 pm and can seat up to 130 guests. They offer a four-course meal for dinner, which combines traditional Italian cuisine with American steakhouse dishes. They also offer the occasional three course lunch meal.

This cocktail bar is situated next to the Martini bar on deck four and serves more than a hundred varieties of classic and rare vodkas. It features a central ice-filled table where the fine vodka and superior caviar pairings are served. Michael's Club is a piano bar situated aft on deck five, famous for its intimate atmosphere and incredible range of drinks. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind while sampling their selection of over 64 international craft beers, scotch, fine whisky, bourbon and cognac. All of this while enjoying the live music, which includes live piano and guitar musicians. They also have a big screen TV featuring the major sporting events.

This wine bar can be found midship on deck four and remains open 24 hours a day. Here you can try out a wide variety of wines from an exquisite selection of famous and less known wines from around the world. Simply try out the wines using their cutting edge Enomatic wine-by-the-glass dispensing system. After swiping your Seapass, it pours your choice directly from the bottle in a 1, 2.5 or five -ounce portion.
If it's your first visit, it may be best to go in the evening when there are Sommeliers on hand to help. They will help you get used to the Enomatic system and provide further inight into the fine wine selection. Between 5pm and midnight is the best place to go for wine tastings paired with tapas and antipasti.
