The gym is open to all guests who are 16 years and over. It has a range of state of the art cardiovascular and weight training Technogym equipment as well as a qualified trainer and an area for fitness classes. While basic aerobics classes are free, some of the classes like pilates are charged for.

Squok Club is divided into two groups: the Mini club for 3 to 6 year olds and the Maxi Club for 7 to 11 year olds.
