The Vista Dining Room
All dining on the Noordam is overseen by a Culinary Council, led by Master Chef and Culinary Consultant, Rudi Sodamin, and an innovative team of acclaimed chefs from around the world. This spectacularly decorated main dining room makes every meal feel like special occasion. Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, this spectacularly decorated restaurant offers a choice of either traditional pre-set seating and dining times or the ships 'As You Wish' freedom dining. Dinner consists of five courses ranging from appetisers of steamed mussels to fettuccine, chicken, desserts and more.
Lido Marketplace
This eatery is located between the two pools and provides a relaxed dining area with fresh cooked to order selections and a choice of seating either indoors or al fresco. The food is very good for a main buffet, and the variety on offer from all these regions of the world is extraordinary. The Lido Market fully embraces the station concept, which aids navigation and sanitation as everything is served from behind a glass panel.

This Terrace Grill restaurant serves mouth-watering burgers and hot dogs. They do a gourmet version of American fast food staples and are very popular with passengers.
Explorations Cafe
This delightful coffee bar doubles as the ship's internet and library room. This means you can enjoy a book while having a speciality coffee along with a pastry, biscuit, or muffin.
The Pinnacle Grill
The Pinnacle Grill is an upmarket yet intimate reservations only restaurant, which specialises in only serving the highest quality steaks, chops and seafood at dinnertime. Dishes on offer range from premium sterling silver beef, filet mignon and jumbo prawns, and broiled lobster tail to Caesar salad and lobster bisque for starters and chocolate and raisin bread and butter pudding or baked Alaska for dessert.
Le Cirque @ The Pinnacle Grill
The Pinnacle Grill also hosts pop-up Le Cirque dinners from time to time. It's inspired by the land-based Le Cirque, a famous New York restaurant, one of the best restaurants in the world. Enjoy a very special meal which comes with a series of wine pairings to expertly complement each course.
Canaletto Restaurant
This world class Italian sensation takes place at the Lido restaurant between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm daily. It serves some of the best food onboard, including a selection of antipasti, soups and salads, pasta and desserts.

Perched up high at the front of the ship, this brilliant lounge offers guests 270 degrees ocean views and makes the ideal location to sit with a drink and watch the sunset. Plenty of entertainment takes place here including an eight-piece party band and karaoke events and it turns into the ship's nightclub later in the evening. It is very popular during happy hour, which takes place between 4pm and 9pm daily.

The Vista Lounge is the Noordam's main performance stage, offering unobstructed views and 270-degree screens that are used during performances. A theatre highlight is an exclusive BBC Planet Earth short film, which is accompanied by a live orchestra. This comfortable and plush show lounge has theatre shows as well as guest performers including musical acts and comedians.
America's Test Kitchen

Perfect for all foodies, this event hosts free group demos and charged for more intimate cooking classes. For a fee, you can also create your own red wine blend guided by an onboard wine expert at Blend. Wine tastings and happy hours are held here throughout your sailing.

The highlight of this beautifully decorated area is the stage is the performances by B.B. King's band. Other activities, like the America's Test Kitchen Demos, might be held here during your sailing. Be sure to arrive early if you want a mezzanine seat on nights that B.B King's band plays as it often means standing room only.

The Steiner operate spa has an impressive thermal suite, which includes access to multiple saunas, a steam room, aromatherapy room, relaxation room with heated ceramic loungers and a hydrotherapy pool. Treatments onboard are provided using Elemis brand products. A dedicated salon offers hair, nail and men's services.

Located inside the spa, this fitness centre features an impressive array of cutting edge Precor fitness machines such as stationary bikes, rowing machines, ellipticals and weight machines, plus treadmills that face floor-to-ceiling windows over the ocean. Some of their classes are free but others like pilates and yoga are charged per class. Personal training is also available. Gym hours are 6 am to 9 pm.
If you prefer to exercise outdoors, have a look at the walking track on deck three where three laps equal one mile. There is also a jogging track on deck ten where six laps will earn you a mile.

The Lido pool on deck nine open has a beautiful dolphin sculpture and has three hot tubs. It has a retractable roof that makes it a popular spot in cool weather. The Noordam's outdoor Sea View pool overlooks the sea and is served by the Sea View Bar.

The Noordam offers fantastic kid and teen club facilities. Club Hal has age appropriate activities for kids aged three to twelve and the teens have their own hangout space called the Loft. Older children can play board games and video games and participate in cooking classes, among other activities.
