The Vista Dining Room is your table-service spot for multi-course breakfast, lunch and dinner across Decks 2 and 3. Menus change daily, pairing familiar favourites with dishes inspired by where you are sailing.
Choose flexible dining or pre-set seating, and reserve ahead if you have a preferred time. Basic non-alcoholic drinks are included, while alcoholic drinks and speciality coffees may cost extra.
Lido Marketplace
Whether you fancy a quick breakfast, a proper lunch or a late-night snack, Lido Market on Deck 9 keeps things pleasingly uncomplicated. Drop in whenever suits you, no reservation required.
Choose comfort-food favourites or go further afield, from made-to-order pasta at Distant Lands to house-made Chocolate Cheesecake at Sweet Spots. Near the Lido Pool, it is an easy stop between lounging and your next plate.
Dive-In
Pool time has a way of making a proper burger feel like an excellent life decision. On the Lido Deck, Dive-In serves casual favourites including burgers, Nathan’s Famous hot dogs, grilled chicken sandwiches and golden fries.
Try the one-third-pound High-Dive burger, or go for the portabella mushroom stack if you fancy a vegetarian option. Lunch and dinner are included, and there is no need to reserve.}
The Pinnacle Grill
For a proper steakhouse supper, head to this intimate chophouse on Deck 2, the Lower Promenade Deck. You can choose classic steakhouse favourites, seafood and regional dishes, with award-winning wines alongside.
The American Wagyu Strip Loin has serious main character energy, while the Warm Chocolate Daelmans Stroopwafel Cobbler makes a strong case for saving room. It opens for lunch and dinner, and reservations are highly recommended.
Le Cirque @ The Pinnacle Grill
When The Pinnacle Grill becomes Le Cirque for the evening, dinner takes a distinctly New York turn. This occasional pop up brings a themed menu to Deck 2 midship, with dishes historically including Lobster Salad Le Cirque, chateaubriand and signature crème brûlée.
It is dinner only, so reserve early if the experience is offered on your sailing. A proper occasion, minus the need to find a taxi home.
Canaletto Restaurant
On the Lido Deck, beside the Lido Market, Canaletto brings relaxed Italian dining to your evening. Fresh house made pasta is prepared daily, with classics such as spaghetti with shrimp and clams, plus seafood specialities.
Finish with tiramisù or an affogato, perhaps with a Bellini. It is open nightly for dinner, so reserve ahead, though walk ins may be accommodated if space allows.
Atrium Bar

Set at the base of Noordam’s three-deck-high atrium on Deck 1, this is the handy lobby bar near the front desk. Settle in for a drink before the evening gathers pace, with live music and performances adding atmosphere to the space.
Published hours are 5pm to 8pm, though these may vary by sailing. With just 37 seats, arrive early if you fancy making it your pre-dinner perch.
Piano Bar

You will not find a Piano Bar on Noordam. Holland America Line lists this singalong spot on Volendam and Zaandam, where guests gather around a pianist for favourite songs and a sociable evening.
On Noordam, the line lists the Rolling Stone Lounge instead. If a piano-led singalong is top of your list, this is one feature to check before you sail.
Explorer's Lounge

Settle into Explorer’s Lounge at the aft end of the Lower Promenade Deck, where wine, cocktails and liqueurs set the tone for an unhurried pre or post dinner pause.
A Cruise Critic review reported classical sets from Adagio, a violin and piano duo, before and after dinner. It is a compact space, with capacity for around 30 people, so arrive early if live music is on your agenda.

Settle in above the atrium at Ocean Bar, a lively midship lounge on Deck 3 made for a pre-dinner cocktail, a post-dinner nightcap or simply a proper catch-up.
Handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine and alcohol-free drinks are on the menu, with the Penicillin among the named pours. Live music, activities and dancing add to the evening mood. Smart casual is the dress code, and there is no need to reserve.
Crow's Nest

High on Deck 10 at the ship’s forward end, Crow’s Nest is a panoramic lounge made for settling in with sea views in every direction. Choose a hand-crafted coffee, Art of Tea brew or an Espresso Martini, depending on your mood.
It is open through the day and into the evening, with hours varying by itinerary. No reservation needed, simply arrive, pick a seat and let the ocean do the hard work.

Feeling lucky, or simply fancying a flutter after dinner? Noordam’s Casino on the Lower Promenade Deck brings together video slots, blackjack, roulette and other table games for an evening with a little more at stake.
You must be 18 or over to play, and proof of age may be requested. Slot machines stay open late, but gaming pauses in port, so check the Daily Program before you head down.

On Deck 9, beside the hydro pool and fitness centre, Greenhouse Spa & Salon is where you trade your sightseeing schedule for a little proper looking after. Choose from massages, facials, manicures, hair styling and more.
Try an aroma stone massage, then settle into a heated ceramic lounger. Book ahead, particularly around Dressy Nights. Spa facilities and treatments have an 18+ rule, except through children’s or teen programmes.

Located inside the spa, this fitness centre features an impressive array of cutting edge Precor fitness machines such as stationary bikes, rowing machines, ellipticals and weight machines, plus treadmills that face floor-to-ceiling windows over the ocean. Some of their classes are free but others like pilates and yoga are charged per class. Personal training is also available. Gym hours are 6 am to 9 pm.
If you prefer to exercise outdoors, have a look at the walking track on deck three where three laps equal one mile. There is also a jogging track on deck ten where six laps will earn you a mile.
The Pools

Whether the weather has ideas of its own or not, you can swim at the heated Lido Pool on Deck 9 beneath its retractable glass roof. Nearby, Dive-In serves included burgers, hot dogs, vegetarian options and fries.
For open-air sea views, head aft to the adults-only Sea View Pool, for guests aged 18 and over. No reservations are needed for poolside dining or refreshments. The Hydropool in the Thermal Suite carries an extra charge.

Give your young travellers their own sea day story at this professionally supervised club on Deck 10. Children and teens aged 3 to 17 are grouped by age, so there is plenty to keep different generations happily occupied.
You can expect arts and crafts, games, scavenger hunts, sports and video game competitions, with mocktail parties and karaoke for teens. Check the Navigator app for your sailing's timetable, especially on port days.
