Set across Decks 2 and 3, the Dining Room is your table-service spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus change daily, bringing together fresh seafood, global flavours, classic favourites and dishes inspired by where you are sailing.
At dinner, fish may come through the Global Fresh Fish programme, sourced locally from ports on your journey. Prefer to dine when it suits you? Open dining runs from 5:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and you can reserve onboard if you like a little certainty with your supper.
Lido Marketplace
On Deck 9 beside the pools, Lido Market is your easy-going answer to breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late-night snack. Pick your pace, and your plate, with comfort food, regional favourites and international dishes served marketplace-style.
Try a made-to-order entrée, fresh pasta from Distant Lands or a sandwich from Bread Board, then make room for chocolate cheesecake. No reservations, no fuss, just turn up when hunger calls.
Dive-In
When the poolside mood calls for a proper burger, not a grand dining affair, head to Dive-In on Deck 9. This casual American grill keeps things pleasingly simple, with burgers, Nathan’s Famous all-beef hot dogs and fries.
Try The High-Dive, or go for fries with cheese sauce or Buffalo style. It is included for lunch and dinner, so save your appetite, breakfast is not on the menu.
Explorations Cafe
Part coffeehouse, part quiet corner with a view, Explorations Café on the Observation Deck is made for a pastry, an espresso and a proper sit-down with your book.
Handcrafted espresso drinks are served by day, cocktails by evening, and you can tackle a New York Times travel crossword or use the internet stations between sips.
The Pinnacle Grill
Holland America Line’s signature chophouse is where you come when an ordinary dinner simply will not do. Choose from Wagyu beef, classic steakhouse cuts and fresh seafood, with regional specialities on selected itineraries.
The Tomahawk Bone-In Rib Eye for Two makes a proper occasion of it. Find it on Deck 2 near the central atrium, and reserve ahead for lunch or dinner, although walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Rudi's Sel de Mer
Rudi’s Sel de Mer is an evening-only French Mediterranean seafood brasserie pop-up, served inside Pinnacle Grill on Deck 2. Settle in for whole Dover sole meunière, escargot bourguignonne and French wines by the glass.
It is speciality dining, so a fee applies. Smart casual is the order of the evening, and reservations are recommended, particularly if that Dover sole has your name on it.
Canaletto Restaurant
Classic Italian comfort food gets a polished evening out at Canaletto, the fine-dining spot on Deck 9's Lido Deck. Fresh house-made pasta is prepared daily, with spaghetti with shrimp and clams followed by tiramisù if you have sensibly saved room.
Tableside dinner service gives the meal a little occasion, without the fuss. It is open nightly, and reservations are recommended, though walk-ins may be welcomed when space allows.

Take your best singing voice to Billboard Onboard, a lively piano lounge on the Lower Promenade Deck. Live piano and vocal sets cover rock, pop and country favourites from across six decades, with All Request performances putting the playlist in your hands.
Between sets, join the music trivia on the screens around the room, cocktail in hand if you fancy one. Check the daily schedule or Navigator app for performance times, then arrive ready for a proper sing-along.

Set above the atrium on Deck 3, Ocean Bar is your spot for a pre-dinner cocktail, an after-dinner aperitif or simply a good chat. Try a Penicillin, Paper Plane or Como Spritz, then stay for live music and a little dancing.
It is open in the afternoons and evenings, with no reservation needed. Smart casual is the order of the day, so you can wander in when the mood strikes.

High on Deck 10, the Observation Deck, Crow’s Nest is your front row seat to sweeping sea views. Stop by for a morning latte, an afternoon drink or an Espresso Martini when the day is winding down.
No reservation needed, simply find a seat and let the horizon do its thing. Specialty café offerings carry an extra charge.

Feeling fortunate, or simply curious? On Deck 2, the Lower Promenade Deck, you can try slots, roulette, poker, blackjack and more, close to World Stage and Rolling Stone Lounge.
New to the table? The casino team may show you how the games work when a table is empty. It operates in international waters only, so check the daily programme for opening times.

Head to Explorations Central in the Crow’s Nest on Deck 10 to get closer to the places on your itinerary before you go ashore. EXC Talks bring local stories, expert commentary and multimedia into the mix.
Interactive touchscreens, digital stories and real-time data from the bridge add another layer. A very civilised way to swap guesswork for proper local know-how.

On Deck 9, Greenhouse Spa & Salon is where you swap the to do list for a steam room, Laconium thermal room or a spell in the hydrotherapy pool. The relaxation lounge has updated seating and a beverage counter, too.
Spa treatments and facilities are for adults aged 18 and over, with paid access required for the hydrotherapy pool. Appointments are strongly suggested, particularly on Dressy Nights, so book before sailing or once you are on board.

Keep your sea days moving in the Fitness Centre on Deck 9, at the forward end of Lido Deck beside the spa and salon. Cardio kit, weight machines, benches and free weights are all on hand, with some machines facing the ocean.
Fill your personal bottle at the touchless water station, then stretch, cycle or join a class. The gym is included, while some speciality classes and personal training cost extra.

Club HAL on Deck 10 keeps children and teens aged 3 to 17 busy with age-specific activities, from arts and crafts to games, scavenger hunts and video-game competitions.
Younger cruisers might tackle a pirate treasure hunt, while teens can try karaoke or trivia. Check the Navigator app for daily times, especially on port days, and register early as places are first come, first served.
