The Dining Room
Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, this gem of a restaurant offers a choice of either traditional pre-set seating and dining times or the ships 'As You Wish' freedom dining. Dinner consists of five courses ranging from appetisers of steamed mussels to fettuccine, chicken, desserts and more. All dining on the Westerdam is overseen by a Culinary Council, led by Master Chef and Culinary Consultant, Rudi Sodamin, and an innovative team of acclaimed chefs from around the world.
Lido Marketplace
This lovely cafeteria style eatery provides a relaxed dining area with fresh cooked to order selections and a choice of seating either indoors or al-fresco. The food is very good for a main buffet, and the variety on offer from all these regions of the world is extraordinary. The Lido Market fully embraces the station concept, which aids navigation and sanitation as everything is served from behind a glass panel.
Rudi's Sel de Mer
The restaurant sees Holland America's brilliant executive culinary director, Rudi Sodamin, put his own special touches on the original French seafood brasserie concept. It has a standard cover charge but do be aware that certain items require a hefty upcharge. The mood is set with soft music, featuring a variety of French chanteuses, in the background.
The Pinnacle Grill
The Pinnacle Grill is an upmarket yet intimate reservations-only restaurant, which specialises in only serving the highest quality steaks, chops and seafood at dinnertime. Dishes on offer range from premium sterling silver beef, filet mignon and jumbo prawns, and broiled lobster tail to Caesar salad and lobster bisque for starters and chocolate and raisin bread and butter pudding or baked Alaska for dessert.
De Librije @ The Pinnacle Grill
The Pinnacle Grill also hosts pop-up De Librije dinners from time to time. It's inspired by the land-based De Librije, a Dutch restaurant with two Michelin stars, and created in partnership with Michelin Three Star Chef Jonnie Boer, a member of Holland America's Culinary Council. Enjoy a very special meal which comes with a series of expert wine pairings to complement each course.
Canaletto Restaurant
This fantastic spot is the Westerdam's reservations-only complimentary Italian dinner restaurant. It is famous for offering a delectable Italian sharing menu at dinnertime for a very reasonable price. Food on offer includes a selection of antipasti, soups and salads, pasta and desserts.
Gallery Bar

Located behind the casino, this hip bar is a unique blend of museum gallery and private social club reading room. The drinks menu was created by celebrity mixologist Dale DeGroff, which includes exotic versions of classic cocktails. It is home to evening trivia events.

Perched up high at the front of the ship, this brilliant lounge offers guests 270 degrees ocean views and makes the ideal location to sit with a drink and watch the sunset. Spanning decks two and three, this big production theatre is the Westerdam's main performance stage, offering unobstructed views and 270-degree screens that are used during performances. The theatre highlight is an exclusive BBC Planet Earth short film, which is accompanied by a live orchestra. They also have guest entertainers including comedians and magicians.

There are two pools, with the Lido pool and its retractable roof being the family friendly option. The Sea View pool and deck is open to the elements with beautiful views, has a hot tub and is considered more of a grown-up space. It is served by the Sea View Bar.

Club Hal has age-appropriate activities for kids aged three to twelve and the teens have their own hangout space called the Loft. Teens will find a circular couch in front of an oversized TV screen for movie watching and Xbox or Wii playing. Occasional group activities are offered including mixers, scavenger hunts and late-night discos. Children 12 years old and younger must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
