The Rotterdam Dining Room is Zaandam’s main dining room, serving full table-service meals from breakfast through to dinner. Menus shift daily, pairing comfort classics and destination-inspired dishes with vegetarian options, including seared salmon with rice pilaf, green beans and a light sauce.
Choose flexible dining or a pre-set sitting. Reservations are not required, but booking ahead is wise if you have a preferred dinner time. On sea days, keep an eye out for Royal Dutch Tea, complete with scones and Dutch-inspired sweet and savoury treats.
Lido Marketplace
Lido Market is your easygoing Deck 8 answer to breakfast, lunch or dinner, with casual food stations that let you choose what suits your appetite.
Start with coffee and a croissant, build a salad, or head for Distant Lands, where made to order pasta includes tortiglioni with basil pesto. Save room for house made gelato, naturally.
The Pinnacle Grill
A Pacific Northwest chophouse with just the right amount of date-night polish. Settle in on Deck 4 for responsibly raised beef from Washington's Double R Ranch, Alaska fish and sides that make choosing a main even harder.
The American Wagyu Strip Loin is a suitably serious option, while the table-side Dover sole brings a little theatre. It mainly opens for dinner, with lunch from a smaller menu on sea days, so reserve ahead.
Canaletto Restaurant
For an Italian dinner with a little more ceremony, make for Canaletto on Deck 8 in the Lido Market area. You can work your way from antipasti and burrata to fresh-made pasta, seafood and hearty meat dishes, with tableside service to keep things suitably civilised.
The Spaghetti with Shrimp and Clams is a fine excuse to linger, followed by tiramisù if you have room. Reserve ahead for the best chance of a table, though walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Terrace Grill
Terrace Grill is now Dive-In, the casual poolside grill on Lido Deck, deck 8, beside the Lido Pool. Pop by for lunch or dinner when a toasted brioche burger sounds like the right sort of plan.
Choose a named burger such as The High-Dive, or keep it classic with a Nathan's Famous gourmet hot dog and golden fries. Pool time, improved.
Explorations Cafe
Part coffeehouse, part quiet corner, Explorations Café on Deck 5 is where you can settle in with a pastry or cookie, tackle a communal puzzle and browse the ship’s library.
Specialty coffees and hot or iced tea come at an extra charge. Fancy taking your cuppa elsewhere? Check the Navigator app, as collection ordering may be available on your sailing.

It is open from 6:00am to 9:00pm. Many classes are complimentary, with some specialty sessions and personal training carrying a charge. Classes can be reserved on board.

The Pools gives you two ways to take the plunge on Lido Deck. The Lido Pool is heated, family friendly and sheltered by a retractable glass roof, so a swim need not depend on the weather. Dive-In is nearby for burgers, hot dogs and freshly made fries.
For an adults-only dip, head to the open-air Sea View Pool, for guests aged 18 and over, with ocean views and live music on sea days. Cold towels and drinks arrive poolside, though selected beverages and Spa Hydropool access carry an extra charge. Under-16s need an adult with them.

On Deck 9, Kids Club keeps younger cruisers busy with professionally supervised arts, sports, games and themed parties. Ages 3 to 17 are split into groups, so the pirate treasure hunts and video-game tournaments land with the right crowd.
On port days, check the Navigator app for the daily schedule. Children aged 3 to 12 need a parent or guardian to sign them in and out, and lunch is not included.
