The Vista Dining Room
While Zuiderdam's main dining room has large windows in both the upper and lower sections, the rooms are separated by a ceiling, which makes conversation easier. Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, the restaurant offers a choice of either traditional pre-set seating and dining times or the ships 'As You Wish' freedom dining.
Lido Marketplace
This eatery provides a relaxed dining area with fresh cooked to order selections and a choice of seating either indoors or al-fresco. The food is very good for a main buffet, and the variety on offer from all these regions of the world is extraordinary.
Terrace Grill
This poolside restaurant on deck eight serves mouth-watering burgers and hot dogs. They do a gourmet version of American fast food staples and are very popular with passengers. Expect dishes like pizza, nachos, grilled hamburgers, lamb burgers and salmon burgers as well as sandwiches, wraps, panini, smoothies and juices.
Explorations Cafe
This lovely coffee bar on the upper promenade deck doubles as the ship's internet and library room. This means you can enjoy a book while having a speciality coffee along with a pastry, biscuit, muffin or fresh fruit salad.
The Pinnacle Grill
The Pinnacle Grill is an upmarket yet intimate reservations-only restaurant, which specialises in only serving the highest quality steaks, chops and seafood at dinnertime. Dishes on offer range from premium sterling silver beef, filet mignon and jumbo prawns, and broiled lobster tail to Caesar salad and lobster bisque for starters and chocolate and raisin bread and butter pudding or baked Alaska for dessert.
Canaletto Restaurant
This great establishment is the Zuiderdam's reservations-only complimentary Italian dinner restaurant. It is famous for offering a delectable Italian sharing menu at dinnertime for a very reasonable price. Food on offer includes a selection of antipasti, soups and salads, pasta and desserts.
Rudi's Sel de Mer
The restaurant sees Holland America's brilliant executive culinary director, Rudi Sodamin, put his own special touches on the original French seafood brasserie concept. It has a standard cover charge but do be aware that certain items require a hefty upcharge. Reservations recommended. Dinner is served 5:30 to 9:30 pm.

Music Walk is the name given to the ship's section that features several different music venues. Each venue has a different theme and atmosphere, whether that is classical, blues, rock or pop. The idea behind it is that you can simply dip in and out of the open lounges and even enjoy a bit of music on your way to dinner or a show.

The highlight of this beautifully decorated area is the stage, which looks like a violin and the performances by B.B. King's band. Other activities, like the America's Test Kitchen Demos, might be held here during your sailing. Be sure to arrive early if you want a mezzanine seat on nights that B.B King's band plays as it often means standing room only.

This stylish venue is home to a dance floor and piano players who play a variety of pop hits and golden oldies on beautiful grand pianos. It's part audience participation, depending on the night, and requests are encouraged. Day time events include cocktail parties.

The three storey Vista Lounge is the ship's theatre with 2 shows nightly timed for early and late dining. It features dancers, illusionists, vocalists and comedians. The stage has been updated in recent years with an LED system, and the best performances use this to enhance their shows. A standout on the main stage was 'Frozen Earth,' a performance that utilized two of the line's partnerships - BBC and 'Live from Lincoln Centre.'
America's Test Kitchen

Perfect for all foodies, this event hosts free group demos and charged for more intimate cooking classes. For a fee, you can also create your own red wine blend guided by an onboard wine expert at Blend. Wine tastings and happy hours are held here throughout your sailing.

The Sports Court and outdoor recreation facilities are on deck eleven, with a netted basketball court that doubles as a soccer court.
