La Cucina
For a relaxed Italian supper on Deck 12, La Cucina brings rustic, chic surroundings and pasta made with fresh ingredients. Go classic with spaghetti carbonara, or take your time over osso buco.

A proper French dinner on Deck 6, with classic décor and the sort of menu that makes choosing a challenge worth having. Go for Escargots à la Bourguignonne or Coq au Vin, then make room for a Poire Belle-Hélène.

For an Asian Fusion meal with a little more ceremony than a quick bite, take your seat at Orchid Garden. Freshly prepared noodles, authentic soups and wok-fried dishes give you plenty to ponder before the chopsticks arrive.
You will find it on Deck 7, alongside Teppanyaki and the Sushi Bar. A useful stop when you fancy plated Asian dishes and a proper sit-down meal.

Pulse Fitness Centre on Deck 12 is where you can swap the sun lounger for a sea-view session. Technogym treadmills, bikes, rowers, weights and more face 270-degree ocean views, so even the hard work comes with a decent backdrop.
The gym is included, while some classes cost extra. You must be 16 or over, and can check class availability or book onboard at Pulse or the Mandara Spa reception.

Deck 12 is where you can make a proper day of doing very little. The Tahitian-inspired Pool Area has two pools and four whirlpools, with some whirlpools set aside for adults when a little extra peace is the order of the day.
There is also a separate indoor kids' pool for younger swimmers. Grab a lounger, cool off between chapters, then check the onboard schedule, as pool opening arrangements can vary.
