American Diner
A 1950s-style American diner on Deck 16 aft, where classic-car Americana meets proper comfort food. Think burgers and fries, sliders, nachos and mozzarella sticks, all included in your cruise fare.
It is a handy casual alternative when the buffet is not calling your name. Pop in for a laid-back breakfast or lunch, then carry on with the serious business of being on holiday.

Shanghai Noodle Bar
On Deck 7, Shanghai's Noodle Bar puts you at long counter seating around an open kitchen, so you can watch the wok do its work while you settle in.
Freshly prepared noodles, authentic soups, dim sum and wok fried dishes make this a handy stop for char siu noodles in broth or steamed pork dumplings. Reservations are required, and your table is held for up to 15 minutes, so do not dawdle.

Taste is a stylish, contemporary main dining room on Deck 6, where you can settle in for multi-course dining at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The menu changes daily, so there is always another dish to try, with carefully selected wine recommendations alongside. Open seating means you choose when, and with whom, you dine. Casual trousers or evening wear, both fit the bill.
The Haven restaurant
The Haven Restaurant is your private dining room on Deck 16, reserved for guests staying in The Haven. You can choose from various cuisines, signature dishes and wine offerings, with indoor or outdoor seating depending on your mood.
It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you can make every meal a little more civilised. Dining is complimentary for Haven guests, while invited non-Haven dinner guests may face an applicable charge.
Ocean Blue
Ocean Blue puts seafood centre stage in an elegant speciality restaurant on Deck 8. You can work through fresh fish and fine ingredients, with wine selections and cocktails intended to pair with the food. Hong Kong Style Snapper and Seafood Linguini give you a useful clue to the menu.
Moderno Churrascaria
Moderno Churrascaria on Deck 8 brings Brazilian rodízio to your table. Start at the salad bar with imported cheeses, olives, cured meats and speciality salads, then settle in for slow roasted meats carved by passadores.
Turn your table marker green for another skewer, or red when you have reached peak picanha. You can reserve speciality dining before you sail through your NCL account or the mobile app.

La Cucina
On Deck 8, La Cucina brings rustic Italian cooking to 678 Ocean Place, with spaghetti carbonara, osso buco and portions designed for sharing. It is made for a properly sociable supper.
Save room for an affogato, vanilla gelato meeting hot espresso, or try a La Cucina Bellini. You can reserve before sailing via NCL's website or app, which is rather more organised than negotiating the last tiramisu.
Le Bistro
Classic French décor sets the scene for a properly leisurely dinner on Deck 6. Start with escargots à la Bourguignonne or French onion soup, then settle into coq au vin, sole Grenobloise or a tender filet de bœuf.
Leave room for a Fraisier or Marquise au Chocolat. This is speciality dining, so reserve before you sail via the NCL app if you have your eye on a particular evening.

Take your seat around the large steel grill and let dinner do a bit more than simply arrive on a plate. Your chef slices, dices, juggles and flips ingredients while preparing shrimp, steak, chicken and fried rice in front of you.

It is kept at about -8°C, so you are given gloves and a hooded coat before you go in. Order a Skyy Vodka speciality drink, then enjoy being cooler than is strictly necessary.

Choose a seat indoors or out on The Waterfront, where a mojito flight lets you sample six sweet and savoury varieties. Raw sugarcane in your glass is a rather good finishing touch.

Take your seat at Norwegian Getaway’s main theatre, spread across Decks 6 and 7, for Broadway-style music, dance, comedy and game shows. It is a proper evening out, minus the faff of finding a taxi afterwards.
You could be singing along to 1990s pop culture in Bring Back the ’90s, or joining the music trivia mayhem of Famous Riffz. Show times can change, so reserve your preferred performance when reservations are available.

Deck 15 is where you swap the ship's buzz for a hot-stone massage, a Biotec facial or perhaps acupuncture. Mandara Spa and Salon also covers hair styling, barber services and nail care, should your sea-air look need a little diplomacy.
The adults-only Thermal Suite has heated loungers, a Salt Room, an Aromatic Steam Room and a Vitality Pool. Treatments and Thermal Suite access are for guests aged 18 and over.

Splash Academy gives 3 to 12 year olds creative play, sports competitions, themed adventures and parties across Decks 12 and 13. It is an adults-free zone once registration day has passed, so they can get on with the important business of having fun.
For a later night, the supervised Late Night Fun Zone runs from 10 p.m. to midnight for ages 3 to 12 and carries a charge. Register in advance, and note that youth programmes run while the ship is sailing, not in port.
