It is open 24 hours, so you can satisfy a fish ’n’ chips craving whenever it appears. No reservations are needed or taken, simply turn up hungry.
Aloha Cafe
Aloha Café is your easy, indoor answer to breakfast, lunch and dinner on Deck 11. With a broad spread to choose from, you can keep things light at the salad bar or make a proper meal of it.
Omelettes and pasta are prepared to order, while the dessert bar handles the important finishing touches. With seating for 426 guests, it is a handy choice when everyone fancies something different.
Liberty
Liberty is one of the ship’s main dining rooms, serving a varied menu with contemporary flair in classically American surroundings. Colourful murals bring key moments from US history to the table, so dinner comes with a little extra conversation.
You will find it on Deck 6. There is no need to reserve a table, simply arrive when it suits you. Smart casual is the order of the evening, so save the swimwear and flip-flops for the pool deck.
Skyline
Skyline is your complimentary main dining room on Deck 5, serving traditional cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come for the ocean views, stay for the Art Deco surroundings inspired by the skyscrapers of 1930s Manhattan.
It is a smart choice when you want a proper meal without an extra bill, with plenty of time left for enjoying the ship.
La Cucina
For an Italian supper with a little more ceremony, head to La Cucina on Deck 11. Classic plates include osso buco and spaghetti carbonara, with plenty of reasons to leave room for dessert.
Finish with an affogato, vanilla gelato topped with hot espresso. It is open for dinner, so reserve ahead and let your evening plans become deliciously straightforward.
Moderno Churrascaria
Bring an appetite to this Brazilian steakhouse on Deck 11. Start at the salad bar, where imported cheeses, olives, cured meats and ceviche make a persuasive case for pacing yourself.
Then turn your table marker green and let the passadores carve slow roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken at your table. Red means pause. Sensible in theory, tricky in practice.
Sushi Bar
For traditional Japanese bites with a contemporary twist, pull up a seat at the Sushi Bar on Deck 5. It is neatly placed among some of the ship's other dining spots, so dinner plans need not be a major expedition.
With space for just nine guests, this is the sort of small supper stop worth seeking out when you fancy something a little different.
Cagney's Steakhouse
For a proper steakhouse supper, head to Cagney’s on Deck 6. You can choose Premium Black Angus beef or seafood, with cuts including rib eye, filet mignon and New York strip, plus sauces from Béarnaise to chimichurri.
Start with lobster bisque or a crab cake, then finish with caramel-butterscotch cheesecake. Classic cocktails and an extensive wine list are ready to do their bit too. Reserve before you sail through MyNCL or the NCL app.
East Meets West
A small Asian fusion spot on Deck 5, East Meets West brings freshly prepared noodles, wok-fried dishes and authentic soups to your dinner plans. Fancy something with a little kick? Kung Pao chicken, orange-peel beef, fried rice and udon noodles are all on the menu.
Dinner is listed from 5.30pm to 9.30pm. Reservations are recommended, particularly if your appetite dislikes leaving things to chance.
Jefferson's Bistro
Jefferson's Bistro brings French cooking to Deck 5, with crisp white linens, elegant interiors and attentive service. It is an intimate spot, seating 96 guests, for when dinner deserves a little ceremony.
Start with escargots or onion soup, then take your pick from classics such as Coq au Vin, Sole Grenobloise or Homard Thermidor. Leave room for a Marquise au Chocolat, naturally.
Teppanyaki
Take your seat at a shared table around the large steel grill on Deck 5, where dinner comes with a little theatre. Your chef slices, dices, twirls and flips ingredients while preparing shrimp, steak, chicken and fried rice in front of you.
Finish with Matcha Green Tea Cake and cashew nut brittle. Teppanyaki is a popular speciality dining spot, so booking your table is the smart move.

Fitness centre access is included, while classes and personal training may cost extra. Classes must be booked onboard at Pulse Fitness Centre or the Mandara Spa reception, and the venue is for guests aged 16 and over.

For a gentler pace, take a walk or run around the Deck 6 track, then tackle outdoor chess on Deck 13. If lounging is more your sport, South Beach Pool on Deck 11 has two pools and four hot tubs.

Splash Academy is Pride of America’s supervised drop-off club for ages 3 to 12, with creative play, sports competitions, themed adventures and parties to keep young cruisers properly occupied.
Programming follows their interests, with creative, chill and gaming sessions in the mix. Register each child as soon as you board, as spaces are subject to availability. Late Night Fun Zone runs from 10 pm to midnight for an extra charge.
