You can dine when it suits you rather than sticking to a fixed sitting. Find it midship on Deck 5, Plaza Deck, and reserve a table ahead if you prefer your evening planned.
Coral Dining Room
Coral Dining Room is your full-service spot for international cuisine, from Italian pastas to familiar family favourites, with menus created by Princess's executive chefs and culinary team.
It is one of the ship's Anytime Dining venues on Deck 6, so you can reserve a time or try walk-in dining. Check the MedallionClass app for the day's opening hours and availability.
Reserve Collection Restaurant
Reserve Collection Dining is a separately styled area within the main dining room, reserved for eligible guests. You can choose from international cuisine, extra menu options and a daily chef’s special, with dedicated waitstaff keeping things pleasantly seamless.
Find it on Deck 6 beside Coral Dining Room. There is no need to book through Dine My Way, so you can dine when it suits you, with minimal waiting.
International Cafe
Just off the Piazza on Deck 5, this 24-hour café has your coffee break, late snack and light lunch neatly covered. Pick up pastries, grilled paninis, fresh salads, pies or a freshly baked cookie whenever hunger makes a case for itself.
The quick bites are complimentary, while speciality Lavazza coffee and tea carry a charge. Ideal when you want something good without turning lunch into a formal affair.
World Fresh Marketplace
World Fresh Marketplace on Deck 15 is your easy-going, all-day answer to the eternal question of what shall we eat now? Expect globally inspired choices, from fresh salads and carvery selections to comfort-food classics, pasta and made-from-scratch desserts.
Start with a gourmet pancake station, return for handcrafted sandwiches, then build your own stir-fry or pasta at dinner. Food is included, while selected beverages may carry a charge.
Coffee and Cones
Coffee & Cones is your casual poolside stop on Lido Deck 15, serving coffee, tea and sweet treats when a proper sit down feels wildly ambitious. Pick up complimentary soft serve in chocolate, vanilla or a swirl of both, in a cone or cup.
Fancy something warmer? There is espresso, cappuccino, latte and chai tea, plus frappes for a colder fix. Main service runs from 6:00am to 5:30pm, with other menu items available later.
The Salty Dog Grill
Poolside on Deck 15, The Salty Dog Grill is your top deck answer to a proper casual lunch, with sea air included. Pick from 100% handmade gourmet burgers, including the Triple Smoked Burger, or keep it classic with an all-beef Salty Dog.
You can also tuck into street tacos, pulled-pork sandwiches or loaded fries. It is made for an easy refuel between poolside lounging, not a jacket-and-menu sort of affair.
Chef's Table Experience
Take your seat for an intimate, multi course dinner hosted by the executive chef in the Main Dining Room. Just 10 to 12 guests share an exclusive menu, with seafood a particular highlight and fine wines paired along the way.
You might find dishes such as roasted scallop with pea purée or seared sea bass, rounded off with Yuzu Crème Brûlée. Menus can vary, and places are limited, so reserve through the Princess app early.
Steamers Seafood
Seafood fans, this pop up on Deck 15 is your cue to arrive hungry. You can tuck into fresh mussels and clams, fried seafood platters and starters such as Bahamian tomato lime scallop ceviche.
Make your steamer properly yours with Mariniere, Cioppino or Bacon Curry sauce, alongside red potatoes, corn on the cob and seasoned fries. Finish with Key lime pie in a jar, because restraint is for dry land.
Planks BBQ
Planks BBQ brings Texas-style barbecue to Deck 15, with slow-cooked meats, traditional sides and enough comfort food to make your appetite feel thoroughly understood.
Build your plate around smoked brisket or St. Louis-style pork ribs, then leave room for King Plank Chocolate Cake. It serves lunch and dinner, but reservations are required, so sort yours early.
Sabatini's
Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria is your dinner-only spot for handmade pasta, regional sauces and slow-braised meats, served in a trattoria-style setting. Start with an aperitivo, perhaps arancini al tartufo, then make room for Spaghetti allo Scoglio.
It is on Deck 7, Promenade Deck, and reservations are required through the Princess app. Dress smart casual, then settle in with a Negroni or Limoncello Spritz.
Crown Grill
For a proper dinner with a little ceremony, Crown Grill brings American steakhouse classics to Deck 6. You can choose hand cut steaks, fresh seafood or Surf & Turf, then let the curated wine list do its bit.
The 36oz wet aged bone in rib eye is made for sharing, assuming you are feeling generous. Reservations are required, so book ahead and arrive smart casual.

Try The Great Pumpkin, a rum cocktail with pumpkin syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon and aquafaba, inspired by St Lucia. Live piano and mixologist demonstrations may feature. Check your onboard schedule, as service hours can vary.

Sports channels here are not available elsewhere on the ship or in cabins. Humidors and cigars are available to buy, and the accessible entrance is on the starboard side near the forward lifts.

It is open from 8am to 10pm. Reserve ahead where you can, walk-ins are subject to availability, and arrive 30 minutes before your appointment so relaxation does not begin with a sprint.

Settle into a lounger by the pool and let the giant screen do the hard work. Movies Under the Stars shows feature films, concerts and sporting events, with a 69,000 watt sound system bringing plenty of atmosphere.

Three clubs, one very sensible plan for keeping younger cruisers happily occupied. On Deck 16 aft, The Treehouse is for ages 3 to 7, The Lodge suits 8 to 12, and The Beach House gives 13 to 17s their own teen space.
Expect Klutz art, rocket building and video-game tournaments, depending on age. Register through Manage Booking or at the youth centre early, as places are not guaranteed when demand is high.
