Fancy flexibility? Choose walk-in dining, reserve a time, or opt for traditional early or late seating. Leave room for a Love Boat Dream or a traditional New York cheesecake. Smart Casual is the usual evening look, with Dress to Impress nights on some sailings.
Provence Dining Room
On Deck 6, Fiesta Deck, Provence is one of Coral Princess's two main dining rooms. You can settle in for table service at breakfast, lunch or dinner, choosing from chef-crafted modern and classic dishes created by an international culinary team.
This is Traditional Dining, so you dine at the same early or late seating with your own waiter throughout the cruise. Sample menus feature Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, and Smart Casual or Formal dress standards apply, with shoes required.
Sabatini's
For a proper Italian dinner, make your way to Sabatini’s on Deck 7. This trattoria-style speciality restaurant puts handmade pasta, authentic sauces and slow-braised dishes centre stage, with Tuscany very much invited to the table.
Begin with golden arancini, then save room for tiramisu served tableside. Gluten-free, vegetarian and pescatarian choices are available. It is dinner only and reservations are required, so book ahead.
Horizon Court
Horizon Court is your easygoing World Fresh Marketplace on Deck 14, where you can pick up globally inspired dishes without turning lunch into a formal occasion. Think fresh salads, regional specialities, meat and poultry, with pancakes waiting at breakfast.
Call in for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late snack, then make room for made-from-scratch cakes, pies and pastries. Hours can vary by itinerary, so check your daily programme before plotting that post-show pudding.
Bayou Cafe & Steakhouse
New Orleans comes to Promenade Deck 7, with Cajun and Creole favourites sharing the bill with proper steakhouse plates. Start with N’Awlins crawfish bisque, then tackle chicken and chorizo jambalaya or a Porterhouse steak.
Live music and themed drinks bring a little Bayou spirit to dinner. Service runs from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, with lunch on selected days, though times can vary by itinerary.
Chef's Table
This intimate dinner experience brings around 10 to 12 guests together in the Main Dining Room, with the executive chef guiding you through an exclusive multicourse menu not served elsewhere on board.
Expect Champagne and hors d’oeuvres, seafood and wine pairings, plus the stories behind each course. Reservations are required and seating is limited, so book through Guest Services or while on board.
International Cafe
Just off the Piazza on Fiesta Deck 6, this 24-hour café keeps you well supplied from breakfast through to late night. Pick up pastries, parfaits, grilled panini, sandwiches, salads and desserts, then settle into a Piazza seat.
The food is complimentary, while speciality coffees and teas may cost extra. Handy when hunger refuses to keep restaurant hours.
Ultimate Balcony Dining
Your own balcony becomes the table, with dedicated waitstaff bringing a four-course dinner or a deluxe champagne breakfast straight to you. It is rather good for marking an occasion, or simply making a sea day feel suitably smug.
Dinner may include broiled cold-water lobster tails or filet of beef tenderloin Diane, while breakfast brings pastries, quiches, smoked salmon and fresh fruit. Menus can vary, and reservations are required, so arrange yours before sailing or onboard.
Reserve Collection Restaurant
Reserved for guests in Reserve Collection mini suites and full suites, this private area within the main dining room gives you international dishes from a gourmet, chef curated menu. Look out for the daily chef’s special.
You can dine to your own schedule, with dedicated waitstaff and expedited seating, no reservation needed. Dinner runs from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, so dress for the occasion in formal eveningwear.
Crab Shack
For a proper roll-up-your-sleeves lunch, head to this pop-up seafood spot in the Horizon Court on sea days. Clam chowder, popcorn shrimp and steamer pots bring the seaside feast, minus the need to find a fishing boat.
Try The Shack’s Signature Seafood Pot, packed with Dungeness crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, mussels and clams. Reservations are required where published, so do not leave it to chance.

There is a dance floor if sitting still feels wildly overrated, while daytime can bring trivia, games or presentations. Dress is Smart Casual and shoes are required, so save the pool flip flops for another round the deck.

Chocolate Journeys is Coral Princess's shipwide excuse to take dessert seriously. Created with master chocolatier Norman Love, the programme brings 15 signature creations to venues including the main dining rooms, buffet areas and the International Café in the Piazza.
Look out for a chocolate tart with vanilla mousse or flourless chocolate cake. Dining room and buffet desserts are included, while chocolate drinks, wine pairings and spa treatments cost extra.

The Youth Center on Aloha Deck 12 gives younger cruisers and teens their own supervised space, with age-specific activities from puppet-making and Lego boat building to video-game tournaments and dodgeball.
The Treehouse is for ages 3 to 7, while The Lodge and Beach House keep older children and teens busy. The regular programme is complimentary and needs no advance booking, though busy family sailings can fill up.
