Three main dining rooms give you a proper sit-down meal without the faff. Choose from Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan, with multi-course menus created by Princess’s executive chefs and international culinary team.
Italian pasta and family-style favourites are on the menu, whether you fancy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Book your preferred time in the Princess app, or opt for Traditional, Flexible or Walk-in dining.
Reserve Collection Dining
Reserve Collection Dining is a quietly special corner of the main dining room, with a chef-curated international menu, extra choices and a daily chef’s special. Dedicated waitstaff and expedited seating keep dinner pleasingly fuss-free.
It is for full suite and Reserve Collection Mini-Suite guests, with no reservations needed. You can also dine here for breakfast and lunch on sea days. Dietary options are available on request.
International Cafe
On Deck 5 in the Piazza, International Café is your 24-hour answer to the small but important question of what to eat next. Pick up a freshly baked croissant at breakfast, a grilled panini later on, or salads, pies and desserts whenever the mood strikes.
Food is included, while speciality coffees and teas may cost extra. The Lavazza-crafted coffee menu is there when a proper espresso-based pick-me-up feels necessary.
World Fresh Marketplace
World Fresh Marketplace is your casual, buffet style answer to any appetite on Deck 16, with globally inspired dishes alongside comfort food classics, salads, fruit, vegetables, meats and poultry. The Pastry Shop adds made from scratch cakes, pies, cookies and pastries.
You can drop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late snack, with vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, dairy free and gluten free choices listed. Ask a waiter for your preferred drink, though selected beverages may carry a charge.
The Salty Dog Grill
Poolside hunger has met its match. On Deck 16, the upper Lido deck, this casual outdoor grill serves handmade gourmet burgers, hot dogs, street tacos and loaded fries.
Try the Princess Classic burger, or go all in with Chili Cheese fries. It is an easy, included stop between swims, sun loungers and whatever your afternoon has planned.
Chef's Table Lumiere
For a dinner with a little theatre, take your seat at a custom-crafted table behind a shimmering curtain. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres set the tone, before the executive chef hosts a multi-course meal that may include Seafood Bisque with Brandy Cream.
You will find it aft on Deck 6, via the stern lifts. Reservations are required, so book early, polish the shoes and bring your appetite.
Ultimate Balcony Dining
Turn your own balcony into the most private table on the ship. Ultimate Balcony Dining brings dedicated waitstaff, ocean views and a choice of breakfast or a four-course dinner straight to your stateroom.
For dinner, choose lobster tail, steak or surf and turf, with hors d'oeuvres and a beverage of your choice. Breakfast brings pastries, quiches, smoked salmon and fresh fruit. Reservations are required, so arrange yours before sailing or onboard.
Gigi's Pizzeria
For a proper pizza moment on Deck 7, pull up a chair at Gigi’s Pizzeria. Your individual Neapolitan pizza is made from scratch, hand tossed and served straight from the oven, with antipasti, calzone and tiramisu waiting in the wings.
Try the Hot Soppressata, with mozzarella, arugula and hot honey, then watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen. It is walk in only, so smart casual dress and shoes are the order of the day.
Gelato
When the sweet tooth pipes up, answer it properly. Gelato serves handcrafted Italian-style gelato, made fresh daily on board with authentic Italian ingredients and fresh fruit. Try fior di latte, tiramisu or dairy-free sorbet, with toppings if you fancy making a good thing even better.
Find it on Deck 5, on the starboard side of the Piazza. The Nutellone combines Nutella gelato, Nutella and whipped cream, which is not a subtle choice, but is very much the point. Smart casual applies, and shoes are required.
Crab Shack
Crab Shack pops up in the World Fresh Marketplace for a lunchtime seafood feast that is unapologetically hands on. Start with popcorn shrimp and clam chowder, then tackle a steamer pot of crab legs, shrimp and clams.
It is a four course affair, with dessert and coffee or tea to finish. This is a sea day lunch and reservations are required, so sort yours before your appetite starts making decisions.
The Catch by Rudi
Seafood is the headline at this speciality restaurant created with Chef Rudi Sodamin, where locally sourced fresh seafood, grilled fish and chilled oysters share the menu with pasta and steaks. The Seafood Trolly brings a little theatre to dinner.
Find it on Deck 7's Promenade Deck, dress Smart Casual and reserve ahead, as dinner reservations are required. Wines are selected to pair with seafood, so ask the team for a match.
Vista Show Lounge

Settle into Vista Show Lounge at the stern of Deck 7, where the evening has more than one trick up its sleeve. You can catch live bands, comedians and illusionists, with Bingo, themed parties and special events adding to the line-up.
Performances are included in your cruise fare. Sip a cocktail from the full bar menu while you watch, then let the entertainment decide how late you stay.

Take Five on Fiesta Deck 6 is where you swap sea-day small talk for live jazz classics and stories of the legends behind them. Vintage footage and iconic imagery give the lounge a proper jazz-theatre feel.
Settle in with a cocktail favourite by Master Mixologist Rob Floyd, or try one of the speciality gin cocktails created for the venue. The music is included, while alcoholic and speciality drinks may carry a charge.

Part café, part pre-show perch, Princess Live! Café on Promenade Deck 7 is where you can settle in with a coffee, cocktail or alcohol-free drink before the entertainment begins next door.
Try a Flat White or a Classic Mojito while you catch live talk shows, game shows, culinary demonstrations or late-night comedy. Dress is casual, and it is worth checking the daily programme as service times can vary.

For a proper old-school nightcap, make for Crooners on Promenade Deck 7. This cosy, art deco-inspired piano bar brings Rat Pack spirit, live tunes and the sort of sing-along that gets better with every chorus.
Order a signature martini or an old-school cocktail, perhaps a Ferrero or Rum Brûlée, then settle in for some live piano. It is included with Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages.

O’Malley’s Irish Pub brings Dublin-pub atmosphere to the Piazza on Plaza Deck 5, with eclectic furnishings, lively conversation and a broad beer selection. Settle in for a whiskey flight, catch a sporting event or make an evening of it with friends.
