Bordeaux

This beautifully decorated flexible main dining room is one of two main dining rooms. The menu for the two dining rooms which is open to everyone, serve the same 4 course dinner options with set "always available" choices. Just like a restaurant at home, Anytime Dining enables guests the freedom to dine when and with whom they wish, at any time between 5:30 PM and 10 PM. Be enticed by dishes featuring delicious meats and seafood, fresh produce and vibrant, bold flavours. Reservations are available through an onboard dining hotline, but not required.

Provence Dining Room

This formal and flexible main dining room opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Formal dining allows you to dine at the same time each day and enjoy the same tablemates and waitstaff throughout your voyage. Some mouth-watering items are always available, such as chicken breast, steaks, and salmon dishes.

Bayou Cafe

The Bayou Cafe offers fresh and authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine. As the first New Orleans-inspired speciality restaurant at sea, it allows you to enjoy one of the oldest culture-driven cooking styles in American history. Their specialities include smothered gator ribs, oysters Bienville, Toulouse chicken and chorizo jambalaya, a mixed Cajun grill.

Horizon Court

The ship's excellent buffet venue opens for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. Indulge in a delightful array of worldwide cuisine, freshly baked breads and regional comfort foods, in a casual setting. Enjoy fresh fruits, signature pastas and desserts galore along with your favourite beverages and customisable features like create-your-own salads and sandwiches.

Trident Grill

This fun and informal restaurant has two menus, dependent on the time of day. During the daytime, it serves meat and veggie burgers, hot dogs and some great grilled chicken breasts. At night, they turn up the heat and the space transforms into a barbecue joint. This is a fantastic poolside option for some alfresco dining.

Sabatini's

This Italian select dining venue is a cover charge dinner only restaurant. It received an overhaul in 2017 that included replacing the menu with a new one created in partnership with Los Angeles-based chef Angelo Auriana. The food is incredible and it's well worth the trouble of making a booking and paying a reasonable cover fee.

Ultimate Balcony Dining

Choose a luxurious breakfast or experience the ultimate romantic dinner at sea: a sumptuous multi-course meal, including succulent lobster tail and juicy steak, your beverage of choice, hors d'oeuvres, all served right on the privacy of your own balcony by Coral Princess' dedicated waitstaff.

Chocolate Journeys

You can now enjoy Premium Chocolate Experiences on board the Princess Fleet in partnership with Norman Love celebrity chocolatier. Trained in France and named the Inaugural Inductee into the Chocolatier Hall of Fame by Dessert Professional Magazine, Love's creations blend premium quality chocolate, unique flavours and artful designs that are perfect for any chocolate lover!

Chef's Table

The impressive Chef's Table experiences starts off with a tour of the kitchen which is accompanied by champagne and canapes. You then move to the table for your fabulous feast which is expertly described and paired with top class wines. Each diner also receives a photo taken during the meal and an autographed copy of Princess' cookbook, 'Courses, A Culinary Journey' as a keepsake. Reservations are required.

Reserve Collection Restaurant

Say yes to something special at Reserve Collection Restaurant on Island Princess, the intimate specialty dining venue where chef-curated multi-course tasting menus and expertly matched wine pairings turn dinner into a true culinary event. Expect seasonal, premium ingredients presented with artful precision, polished, guest-first service and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere ideal for anniversaries, romantic dinners or celebrating big news you want photographed.

Crab Shack

Prepare for a hands-on seafood extravaganza at Crab Shack on Island Princess, the specialty dining spot that turns dinner into a glorious, shareable adventure. Picture steaming seafood boils, towering platters of lobster, king and snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, corn and potatoes tossed in garlic butter or zesty Cajun spice, served family-style with bibs, crackers and plenty of napkins. Casual, social and wonderfully unpretentious, Crab Shack is perfect for groups, celebrations or anyone who believes good food is meant to be eaten with your hands.

Crooners Bar

Step into Crooners bar and be transported to the classic Sinatra era, made complete with a top-notch pianist croonin' tunes and tinkling the ivories. This martini bar gets quite busy at night, and if you want to just enjoy a drink without taking part in the entertainment, make sure you sit towards the back of the venue. Some nights are standing room only.

Churchill's Cigar Lounge

This is the ships intimate and atmospheric smoking lounge, where you can have a cigarette or enjoy some of their upmarket cigars.

Wheelhouse Bar

This bar can be found on deck seven and offers a free traditional British style pub lunch on certain days. It's the perfect spot to enjoy some live music and dancing, as it serves a great selection of drinks, especially craft beer and whiskey, as well as live piano entertainment.

Explorers Lounge

The Explorer's Lounge offers cool vibes and nightclub-style performances. It has its own bar, dance floor and stage as well as a wide variety of entertainment acts for your enjoyment. Examples of shows are art auctions, movies, classical concerts and comedy hypnotists. There's plenty of seating and the inviting atmosphere is laid back.

Bayou Cafe

The Bayou Cafe also has its own bar which is accessible for guests who simply want to enjoy a drink and listen to the Jazz music late into the night.

Good Spirits at Sea

Make your holiday a little boozier and a lot more skilled with Good Spirits at Sea on Island Princess, the hands-on mixology class that turns curious sippers into confident cocktail creators. In this lively cocktail workshop you will learn shaking, stirring and muddling techniques from expert mixologists, build and taste a flight of signature cocktails, and take home recipe cards so the party lives on after you disembark.
