Five complimentary dining rooms give you plenty of choice, from the familiar rhythm of Traditional Dining in International to flexible and walk-in dining across the others.
Expect multi-course dishes from Princess chefs, including authentic Italian pastas and family favourites. Pacific Moon, Santa Fe and International are on Fiesta Deck 6, while Savoy and Vivaldi sit on Plaza Deck 5. Reserve ahead if you prefer a particular time, and leave the gym shorts for another deck.
Reserve Collection Restaurant
Tucked into the Santa Fe Dining Room on Deck 6, this dedicated dining area gives you a gourmet international menu, dedicated waitstaff and a daily chef’s special. Atlantic salmon, Coq Au Vin and Grilled New York Strip Steak are among the dishes on the sample menu.
You can also choose beer, wine, cocktails or soft drinks, with pairing recommendations available. No Dine My Way reservation is required, so you can arrive ready for dinner rather than a scheduling exercise.
Horizon Court
Horizon Court is Sapphire Princess's casual World Fresh Marketplace on Deck 14, where you can graze through worldwide dishes from breakfast to dinner. Think freshly baked breads, comfort food, signature pastas, fruit and desserts, plus salads and sandwiches made your way.
The Crab Shack pop up can bring clam chowder, popcorn shrimp and a steamer pot into the lunchtime mix. Food is included, though some drinks cost extra. Opening hours can vary, so check your daily programme.
International Cafe
The International Café is your 24 hour Piazza pit stop on Deck 5, serving freshly baked croissants, pies, quiche, salads, sandwiches, pastries and desserts. Ideal when a full meal feels a touch ambitious.
Quick bites are included, so you can pop by for a light meal or late snack whenever the mood strikes. Specialty espresso drinks, teas and iced tea fusions are available for an extra charge unless covered by an applicable Princess package.
Trident Grill
Poolside on Deck 14, Trident Grill is your easy answer when a swim has worked up an appetite. Pick up burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches or hot crisp fries, then settle back beside Neptune’s Reef & Pool.
Come evening, the grill takes a smokehouse turn, with Texas-style barbecue brisket and North Carolina pulled pork on the menu. Serious barbecue, very little effort required.
Sabatini's
Sabatini’s is your table for a proper Italian dinner, with handmade pasta, authentic sauces and hearty braised meat dishes bringing regional flavours to the Promenade Deck.
Pair your plate with a Chianti or finish with Limoncello. Smart casual is the order of the evening, and reservations are required, so secure your table before the pasta gets all the attention.
Ultimate Balcony Dining
Your balcony becomes the best table on Sapphire Princess, with personalised waitstaff, ocean views and no need to cross the ship. Choose a four-course dinner with hors d’oeuvres, lobster tail and steak, or start the day with pastries, quiche, smoked salmon and fresh fruit.
Reservations are required, so arrange yours before sailing through Manage Booking or speak to room service onboard. Smart casual is the order of the day, even when your table is only a few steps from bed.
Chef's Table
For a dinner with a little more theatre, join the executive chef for an intimate gathering of just 10 to 12 guests. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres set the tone before an exclusive multi-course menu, with seafood among the highlights and fine-wine pairings to match.
You can chat with the chef, take home a photograph and receive a handwritten copy of the special menu. Reservations are required, so secure your place early.
Prego Pizzeria
Pool days have a way of making pizza sound like a very sensible plan. At this casual Italian style counter on Deck 14, you can pick up freshly made Neapolitan style pizza by the slice or order a whole pie.
Hand tossed dough, fresh tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni are all on the menu, alongside daily specials. No reservations required, so it is ideal when hunger arrives without an appointment.
Makoto Ocean
Makoto Ocean brings traditional Japanese cooking with a modern twist to Deck 7. You can settle in for Chef Makoto Okuwa’s Edomae style sushi, with freshly prepared nigiri, maki and sashimi taking centre stage.
For something a little different, try the truffle salmon or snow crab temaki, then raise a Genmai Negroni. It is a dinner venue, so reserve through the Princess app before your preferred time disappears.

When pizza is non-negotiable, Alfredo's has your back. This sit-down Italian spot on Deck 5, beside the Piazza, serves individual Neapolitan-style pizzas with thin dough made from scratch, hand-stretched and baked to order.
Watch the chefs work in the open kitchen, then settle in with a Margherita, Pepperoni or Calzone, plus a beer or wine by the glass. It is walk-in only, so simply arrive when the craving does.

You will find it on Deck 5, the Plaza Deck, beside The Piazza. Try the Azul Blanco, made with silver tequila, lime, blue curaçao, pineapple and elderflower foam, while live piano entertainment supplies the soundtrack.

Join a yoga, Pilates or TRX suspension training session if you fancy guidance. Use of the centre is complimentary, though selected classes and personal training may cost extra. You must be 16 or over to use the facilities, and check the daily Princess Patter for class times.

Three age-banded clubs on Sun Deck, Deck 15, keep younger sailors and teens happily occupied. Ages 3 to 7 can try Lego boat-building, while older children get treasure hunts and roller-coaster construction.
Teens have their own lounge for gaming tournaments, hip-hop and mocktail parties. Standard activities are complimentary, while late-night group babysitting costs extra. Spaces can fill on busy sailings, so register early.
