If your Cruise Nation holiday includes Delta Airlines scheduled flights, we will issue your e-tickets approximately 14 days prior to travel, these tickets will need to be printed by you and presented at the airport to the Delta Airlines check in desk where you will then be provided with your boarding passes. Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure, and closes 90 minutes before departure. Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.

ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION

Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.

Delta Airlines may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.

It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation nor Delta Airlines cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY API DATA?

Please go to the website www.delta.com. Click on “My Trips” and enter your first name, last name and Delta confirmation number (this can be found on your confirmation letter) then click on “Find my trip”. When you are in the booking scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Open” next to “Secure flight passenger data & contact information”. You will then need to click on “Passenger & emergency contact information” this is where you will fill out API details for each passenger. Click on “Save” once this is complete.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE PROVIDED MY API BY?

Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than 21 days prior to travel. Delta Airlines will accept data from the moment that your booking has been made through us.

PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION SERVICE

Here at Cruise Nation we offer a service to update and complete all necessary Advance Passenger Information for the airline and cruise line you are travelling with for your holiday. We will then print and post all your necessary information to you, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
