Easy Jet
EasyJet will issue a boarding pass for each passenger, these tickets will need to be printed by you and presented at the airport to the EasyJet check in desk. You can find a link to print your boarding pass on your confirmation letter. Online check-in is available from 30 days before your departure. Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.
ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION
Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.
EasyJet may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.
It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation nor EasyJet cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.
HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY API DATA?
Please go to the website www.easyJet.com. Click on “Check-in online”, you will then be asked to provide your surname along with your EasyJet Booking Reference. Click in the small box below to confirm that you have permission to check-in other passengers on this booking or that you are the only passenger and then click on “Check-in now”.
On the next page you will see passenger names listed with “Needs Advanced Passenger Information” in red directly underneath each name. Click on the red writing under the first name and to the right a box will open giving you the fields that require completing. Do this for each person in turn.
If you are well in advance of your departure, the screen will show you a check in date so you will be required to return to this page on or after that date to finalise your check in.
If you are within the check in date, once you have entered your API the message under each name will change and you can proceed to complete your check in straight away.
You will need to click on the message underneath each name again to complete the check in process. Answer the questions in turn and be aware that should you decide to select your seats, a charge will be made and you will be asked for your credit or debit card to make a payment directly to EasyJet at the end of the process.
On completion of the check in process, you will be provided with boarding passes to print out for your flight.
WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE PROVIDED MY API BY?
Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than 21 days prior to travel. EasyJet accept data from the moment that your booking has been made through us.
