When Will I Receive My Holiday Tickets?
You should receive your tickets at least 14 days before you are due to depart on your holiday, although this is dependent on you having completed your Advanced Passenger Information. If you have not received your cruise tickets, and you are due to depart in less than 14 days, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll get your tickets to you as soon as we can.
