How Will I Receive My Holiday Tickets?
Most airlines and cruise lines have now moved to an electronic ticketing system. This means that we will not be sending you physical paper tickets in the mail, but sending you e-tickets to the e-mail address that was given to us at the time of booking. You'll then need to print these documents out, and take them with you on your holiday. If you do not have access to a computer, or a printer, please let us know and we can arrange to have your e-tickets printed, and sent to you in the post.

Excellent. Scott Martin listened and came up with exactly the holiday that we wanted. He was helpful and patient. We went on to book our second world cruise through cruise nation.
