Michelangelo Main Dining Room

Michelangelo is Ruby Princess's dinner-only, complimentary main dining room on Deck 5, serving chef-crafted modern and classic international dishes. You might find burrata with tomatoes and basil, seafood polenta or scallops with vegetables, with menus varying by sailing.

Choose walk-in dining, a flexible reservation or traditional early or late seating. Published hours are 5:30pm to 10pm, though these can change, so check your sailing and reserve if you have a preferred time.

Da Vinci

Da Vinci is one of Ruby Princess's three main dining rooms, serving chef-crafted international dishes with modern and classic choices for breakfast, lunch on sea days and dinner. You will find it midship on Deck 6.

Fancy Eggs Florentine at breakfast or beef Wellington at dinner? Menus can vary by sailing. Smart casual is the usual dress code, with formal dress on selected evenings.

Botticelli

Botticelli is Ruby Princess's Traditional Dining room on Deck 6, where you dine at an assigned time with the same table and waitstaff. A rather civilised way to make dinner feel like part of the occasion.

Expect chef-crafted modern and classic international dishes, with options for a range of dietary needs. Save room for a Princess Love Boat Dream dessert, or go for the thoroughly sensible create-your-own sundae. Check the Princess app or your stateroom TV for dining times.

Reserve Collection Restaurant

Reserve Collection Dining is a dedicated, intimate area within the Da Vinci Dining Room, reserved for guests in Reserve Collection mini-suites and full suites. Your international dinner might include Seared Atlantic Halibut or Duck à l’Orange, served by dedicated waitstaff.

You can skip Dine My Way reservations, with expedited seating and a private host entrance on Deck 6. It is also open for breakfast and lunch on sea days, though dress formally for dinner.

International cafe

At the International Café on Deck 5, beside the Piazza, you can keep your day delightfully flexible. Pick up a breakfast parfait, freshly baked croissant, gourmet salad or grilled panini whenever hunger makes its case.

It is open 24 hours, so there is always room for a sandwich, dessert or a Lavazza coffee. Food is included, while specialty coffees and teas may cost extra.

World Fresh Marketplace

This casual international buffet on Deck 15 makes feeding every whim rather straightforward. Build a plate from fresh salads, meat and poultry, regional specialities, pasta, comfort classics and made from scratch desserts.

You can call in for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late snack, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free choices listed too. No reservation required, so you can follow your appetite, not a timetable.

Sabatini's

Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria brings proper Italian comfort food to Deck 16, with handmade pasta prepared daily, authentic sauces and slow-braised meat dishes. Start with crisp golden arancini, then make room for tiramisu served tableside.

Pair your meal with a Chianti or a Negroni Sbagliato, because you are on holiday after all. Dinner reservations are required, so secure your table through the Princess app or online.

Coffee and Cones

Kick off your sweet-tooth patrol at Coffee and Cones on Ruby Princess, the promenade scoop shop that pairs specialty coffee with creamy gelato and indulgent ice cream treats. Perfect for families, snack hunters and anyone who believes dessert counts as a daily essential, this cheerful counter serves espresso, lattes and iced coffees alongside rotating gelato flavours, sundaes, cones and playful toppings. Fast, friendly service and grab-and-go convenience make it ideal between shows, after shore excursions or as a late-night sugar fix.

The Salty Dog Grill

Pool time has a way of sharpening the appetite. On Deck 15 beside the pool, The Salty Dog Grill serves casual American favourites, from burgers and hot dogs to loaded fries and pulled-pork sandwiches.

Try the Princess Classic, with a handcrafted daily beef patty in a house-baked bun, then choose Swiss, cheddar or smoked Gouda. There is a veggie burger and sweet potato-green chilli street tacos too.

Crab Shack

Crab Shack is a pop-up seafood lunch held in the World Fresh Marketplace on Deck 15. Roll up your sleeves for steamed crab legs, clam chowder and seafood pots, with the Signature Seafood Pot bringing together Dungeness crab, crawfish, shrimp, mussels and clams.

It is a sea day experience, so reserve ahead and arrive smart casual. For pudding, there is Key Lime Pie in a Jar or Strawberry Shortcake, with coffee or tea.
